You say the server is 100% up. I bought a voucher at minecon at it has only let me on my bits 25% of the time. i would not buy this!

A 1GB server can handle 20 slots easily. If you calculate, its like $10 for a 20 slot server. That's not a good offer.

A: Not at this time, we are currently looking into this while keeping the cloud storage.
Q: Unlimited RAM?
A: No, RAM is never "Unlimited" although we never put a cap to the RAM. You are assigned a amount of RAM for the amount of players currently online.
Q: How is this different?
A: This is a service for a vanelia server, where you and your friends can play and build.
You can still enter snaju.com. Although it may say "Security Certificate Expired" and "High Threat", usually on your browser you can choose to accept the risk. If you're using firefox, click the "add exception" and follow the prompts.

Sorry to hear about the issues you have had with our service and all the downtime, we have recently had a issue with a data center going out of business forcing us to do a emergency transfer to another facility. You should be getting around 1 month free for the downtime as we do understand how this can effect your server. For the emails, you need to check your spam folder to see if they are there as the emails are sent from a server and most email providers block direct server emails using PHP Mail.
For the ages of the staff, mys self I am 19 Years old, Greg is in his 20s and Don is in his 40s. I do have school but I also tend to the tickets as we all do during our free time. Currently the ticket response time is a bit long as we are having to transfer the majority of our teampseak and minecraft clients to new servers in the span of 24 hours.

I currently have a bungeecord server with 6 servers in my hub. I would like to upgrade to your hosting service! Your site says you can purchase a 1gb server for only 10.95 per month and can hold up to 200 players. Is this 200 players the max amount of slots, or can the server(s) hold a total of 200 players?
This is the total amount of players at once the Bungee server can handle. You can set slot limits on your servers and go above this although for performance we do suggest staying in the 200 Limit and if you plan to go over that to get a higher package. It is hard to put a exact amount of RAM you need to run down on paper due to the fact every plugin is different in how it works and how it stores information, for instance some store information in HashMaps or memory while others use config files.
Do you have any fttp server option to drag in files for the server? I already got everything set up on my personal computer, and i'm looking for a host that can provide with meanings of me being able to export all the plugins in a one go, rather then one by one like on beastnode.
It would save me alot of time, as there is many files already inside.Also, will a plugin like dynmap still work with your services?

And you can use DynMap and we can help you set it up, just open a ticket if you order and we can get it all going for you. For DynMap you will need a Dedicated IP to not create any port conflicts within our system.
