    guess what Vechs? I was kind of bored, so I loaded Black Desert, and then, after reading all your signs (the part about Zisteau is totally true). finished reading, I discovered that I'd spent half a day doing just that. I thought that I might wait for a new day, dug a hole down to stone (I really was expecting to fall off the map... Please tell me you do that somewhere) dropped a piece of bread... got out... saw a creeper, and WILLFULLY blew it up. Amazingly, the bread lived!
    No, I will not allow you to claim that death. I did it on purpose. nice looking map.

    Wow that flint & steel key idea is great, I'll have to use it at some point... that must have taken forever to organize on your post, so many icons! :Pig:

    I have some lava fall trap designs that works fairly well. You step on a pressure plate that sends a redstone signal up a vertical transmission tower which activates gravel, causing it to fall, which releases lava from two chutes, ones in front of the player, one behind. Works fairly well. I use this same trap designs to also drop down TNT on the player, and drop monsters, too.

    the lava has to be stationary!
    unless a block next to the lava is updated, (broken, falls, placed (including torches)) the lava will stay as a wall, and will not flow. personally, i'd be scared out of my wits as soon as I see any lava wall.

    to limit access, to areas before you have a flint and steel, you could use this:

    and have the top be the new area. to get in, you burn the wool, (which has to stay at least three blocks away from lava to prevent auto-ignition) the sand falls, (and is deep enough to protect against the lava), the lava should be four blocks deep, the wool that is lit first three blocks above the closest accessible area. unfortunately, I don't think that you can trap the sand. anyway, it prevents getting in without fire. it's too bad that it gives you all that free sand. hope that was useful, it took FOREVER.

    I have a guess...
    is it inside a chest? I can't really see how it wouldn't be... we'd hear it otherwise,unless you hid it in some silly place like in the middle of all that lava... or a hidden tunnel.
    nice map, I think I'm going to restart though, I have an idea for when I luck out and get free stuff that
    prevents the gravel from falling. BTW, that was the most obvious trap I've ever seen. no one puts gravel on top of a chest without a reason. I thought that lava would come down though and was very prepared when I removed the first block... then I threw caution to the winds and broke the bottom one.
    nice work Vechz. unfortunately, I've only died twice thrice on flame and one time was me just walking into lava, and once on infernal sky, and that was only because some skeleton knocked me off a bridge with an arrow. If only you could make a map that gets harder over time....

    I found the best secret area in sea of flame, but I have no idea what to do... I kind of left everything back at the house. are you supposed to get there via rabbit hole? (i went to an Island in the distance)
