    import mcpi.minecraft as minecraft

    ALIGN_LEFT = 0
    ALIGN_RIGHT = 1
    ALIGN_CENTER = 2

    if __name__ == '__main__':
        import mcpi.block as block

        mc = minecraft.Minecraft()
        pos = mc.player.getPos()
        rot = mc.player.getRotation()
        t = mc.player.getTilePos()

        mc.postToChat("getPos")
        mc.postToChat("x: " + str(pos.x))
        mc.postToChat("z: " + str(pos.z))
        mc.postToChat("y: " + str(pos.y))

    posted a message on My craftscript called Create.js
    First time poster so I hope this is in the correct forum.

    I've created a craftscript that reads a file and creates a building/object in minecraft based on the spec in the file. I'm able to create fully working redstone powered devices like this underground stairs,

    Here is the github repo, https://github.com/s...inecraft-Create with some models predone.

    I have a model that is 100 blocks wide and deep and 15 blocks high and with those 150,000 blocks being tweaked it takes about 30 seconds to finish. Most models are created very quickly.

    First thing is you need to get a target block and in chat type "/cs create [model name]". [model name] is the filename minus the .mdl.

    The models are designed as if your facing north when you target the block to start at and that block is considered level 0.

    Here is an example of the model for the torch in the NPC village.

    B,b,35,15
    B,m,50,1
    B,n,50,2
    B,o,50,3
    B,p,50,4
    Z,1,3,3
    000
    0f0
    000
    Z,2,3,3
    000
    0f0
    000
    Z,3,3,3
    000
    0f0
    000
    Z,4,3,3
    0n0
    obp
    0m0

    The B lines assign a block to an ascii character. ex. B,[character],[block id],[block modifier]
    The Z lines define the size and level of the plane of blocks to be created. ex. Z,[level],[X],[Y]

    After you get used to the format it's pretty easy to fabricate a model.
