1. Notch said movable light was impossible in Minecraft.
2. It's in the wrong section.

Look, I'm not just suggesting a compact way to store gunpowder. I'm also suggesting a new explosive/incendiary device. Why even have iron blocks, too? Why not just put ingots in a chest?
Because iron blocks have some sort of purpose and weren't put in the game for storage. They look different and actually are worth making for a house or room for a house, maybe as a floor even if you have enough. Gunpowder blocks on the other hand make no sense.
Okay look you guys, you need to stop being typical minecraft forum-boys and actually say something worth reading. No one wants to read a topic that could be a hundred years old.
I made this topic so I could get the information and thoughts of good players. You wanna whine about anything else? Go on a different topic.
One hundred years old? I've seen at least five of these topics saying the same thing in the past two days...Search before you start topics.
I'm almost positive you don't need more than a large chest to store tnt. And if you do, make another large chest instead of suggesting an entire new block for it just to save space. Large chests are not that hard to make(16 wooden planks, which come from four wood, which isn't rare in any way shape or form).

Each school has money set aside for subject areas. At the school I work in there is approximately $12,000 a year set aside for the Numeracy budget. Each year we're told as a staff unit to spend our budgets by a certain date becuase if we don't then we're given less money the following year for those areas.
Because there hasn't been much spending in the Numeracy budget this year the Numeracy coordinator was quite happy to pay for the accounts. All I had to tell her was that it fell into the subject of space and geometry in the Maths curriculum (she was already aware of MC as the highschool students often play Classic mode).
Thank you for answering my question. I found this very interesting as I would have never imagined playing Minecraft in school as part of the curriculum. :cool.gif:
Interesting, then that clearly means that either they're smarter with technology than Notch(or his 'crew') is. Or the movable light won't work in Minecraft because of other details in the game.

What purpose would that serve in Minecraft? How would you kill it? Give more details if you want to get anywhere with a suggestion.

I'm aware of that, but I was giving an example.

It's too vague, give an idea like a dragon, or a bird.

What you're saying is that zombies aren't real? I beg to differ!

Nowhere did I see him 'suggest' they add it to the game, he was simply wanted to see what we thought of the idea.

Please inform me on what "Adventure Craft" mod is? I'd love to know.
