Oh, and one other thing. Can I also sell in-game fireworks for donations, as they are purely cosmetic and don't supply any advantage to the player?

So, me and my friend think we may have figured out a way to fairly bring in money to fund the server and still follow the EULA. This is my question: Would it be against the new EULA to have a donating system that allows players to donate to the server to give ALL players a new perk? For example: Let's say William donates $3.50, in return every player on the server would be given a new perk such as /heal or /fly.
