You sound like the type of person who yells at a fast food employee because they forgot to give you ketchup. You aren't entitled to anything. Above everything else, resource pack making is a hobby, and not something that takes priority when family, school, work, and other real life commitments come first. Not everyone does this for money either.
And on a side note, you shouldn't go around posting about how 16x textures are "atrocities," and that you only use HD realism as a result. You're entitled to your opinions, but publicly going about it like that just makes you look really elitist, and above everything else, is pretty disrespectful to 16x texture artists who put a ton of effort into their work.
If you're just editing default textures, then you should not be using an adfly link, especially since you've left all of the unchanged vanilla assets inside the pack. Also, why is your pack 109mb? o.o
Nifty. Maybe you could try adding some MCpatcher Custom Item Texture function to it, so the quiver looks emptier, or more full depending on how many arrows are in it. Or maybe arrows could look like regular arrows on the ground, but when more than one is picked up, the stack takes on the appearance of a quiver.
Well the grass colours are handled by biome palettes that define their colours in different biomes. Look up how to edit biome pallettes and then add in your own into your faithful pack.
Only thing I can think of is that your dirt texture was mistakenly added into your grass overlay. Maybe you removed the alpha from the image by accident?
That'd be quite challenging to make. (Maybe even impossible.)
I know there are some packs out there that use MCpatchers custom lighting features to make the lighting look more rich, but really given how dynamic the effects of shaders are, you won't get nearly as nice an effect as if you were to just use actual shaders.
You'll need a file hosting website for people to download it from. The most commonly used one here is mediafire. Since you'll also need snapshots in your post, you'll need an imagehosting website for that. Imgur is pretty commonly used.
He's asking if you'll be paying money for the intro. Usually if you want a well-made intro clip, you're going to have to pay for it, but there are some exceptions.

Get off your high horse, or get out.

Fair enough, but if you do consider the idea...

This page has all the info you need on how to use Custom Item Textures. Should help you quite a bit.

It might be from water biome palettes or something?
