I can't release an update if it's not complete yet. Itembound also doesn't 100% work on the pre version. A ton of items are broken, and will be until CIT is fixed.
Visual Fish Buckets is a simple resource pack that uses Optifine's CIT features to give Tropical Fish Buckets unique textures based on the species of the fish in the bucket. This is done by assigning textures based on the NBT data of the fish bucket item. Each texture matches the appearance and colours of the actual tropical fish mob in order to make it easier to identify which bucket has what fish at first glance. This can be extremely helpful if you are a collector with many species of fish stored away.
This pack REQUIRES OptiFine 1.13.1 HD U E3 pre1 or newer in order to work. (Click "preview versions" on the downloads page to find the latest pre-release.)
Also, before anyone asks, I can't extend this pack to give regular Tropical Fish items unique textures as they don't store the mob variant nbt data.
Currently, the pack has unique textures for all 22 of the real-world fish species you can currently catch in minecraft, as well as a few of the randomly generated fish designs.
Terms of Use:
You can:
Use this pack on servers and letsplays.
Combine assets from this pack for use in server resource packs or personal mashup packs.
You can't:
Take assets from this pack and use them in another public resource pack of a similar nature.
Take assets from this pack and use them in a public mashup pack. (Doing so is unnecessary as resource packs are stackable).
Repost this pack elsewhere, with or without ad-revenue, without permission. (If you want to share it, just link to the curseforge page.)
Please ask for permission if you'd like to use the textures in a way that isn't outlined above.
I do plan on identifying more nbt tags for randomly generated fish, though it may take some time. If you happen to have any variant tags that produce interesting looking fish, feel free to post them in the comments.
Disclaimer: This pack does not contain modified ripped textures. The buckets and fish were repainted by hand in the style of default Minecraft.
Probably not. There's no way to dynamically swap the model, and I also found out recently that custom blocks and chests don't work in multiplayer (as soon as you log off, the custom textures disappear)
Alright. I've been dying for this to be in the pack for a while. I've tried creating my own but I kept failing.
I wantNEED there to be an update that includes Doctor Who related things ... Last idea, Maybe some posters of anything.. I just like posters. (More Postersss). It would probably be best to look up pictures (You probably do).
before doing any of your m a g i c
tbh I am trying to shift my focus away from items based on popular franchises/IPs. Mostly because I feel like I'd need to take some extra time to read up on those things so I could implement it accurately, and also just. It can turn into a bit of a rabbit hole. For instance if I added a few items from Terraria, people are going to want more. Posters are always a good suggestion though, and I do plan to add more!
1.13 has name format changes, model changes, directory name changes, much fun to be had! I hope fans will be patient with Blue to focus on getting this right more than adding stuff. This will likely be a mess to bring to 1.13.
I do have a basic idea of how I'm going to go about it in an efficient way, but I won't know for sure until the Optifine update comes out. Still, it's definitely going to take a bit of time to update and test everything. There's also some new content I want to add as well. I'm also moving the entire crafting guide into a downloadable .pdf with a table of contents for everything, so that's going to take a bit of time as well.
Got some sneak peeks at stuff I've been working on!
Candle Blocks (Renamed furnaces)
Custom Chests (Holiday chests were repainted. They are not direct rips.)
Custom Banners! (Up to 2x in width and 4x in length. Sadly the custom banner surface can't use the crafting table customization system, but they don't replace the vanilla banner at least.)

Check if custom entity models are enabled in your video settings.

I literally can't update anything until Optifine has a working update first. Please be patient.

If you look up the pack's PMC page or curseforge page, I've got changelogs there.

The body proportions are a bit different, but that was definitely a significant part of the inspiration.

If it's among friends, that's fine. I'd prefer it if you don't share publicly though.

That was the first half of the food update.

Flaming Head works for me. Double check that you're naming it correctly and the correct item.

Yeah it should be, along with the rest of my packs.
