criticsquid says only 1 can edit OP. It can be transferred (not an option) but only one.
    Lou

    YOU have to create it!
Just add a folder to "*\.minecraft" (my XP path = C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\.minecraft - yours will be different if not an XP), name it bin.
    Lou
Psst - Right click "Start", then click "Explore". *\.minecraft is there somewhere.

Sounds like a generic OP is the way to go along with a link to a page that can be managed by multiple people.

For Minecraft 1.6.2 - Download Here

Big thanks to q3hardcore for many of the new features

    /killall and /butcher now work
    /wand fixed
Compatability with Mod Loader, PlayerAPI and Forge
The current SPC installer is broken, a new one is being worked on which will be out in a few weeks (hopefully)
    New installation instructions, below.
    Many other things

    How to install (Minecraft 1.6.2)

    1. Close Minecraft launcher (if open)
    2. Navigate to where minecraft is installed (eg: on Windows %appdata%/.minecraft)
    3. Go to versions and copy the 1.6.2 directory and name it something else (eg: 1.6.2.mods). Alternatively, if you have done this for another mod already backup the Minecraft JAR.
    4. Open the jar file (using an archive utility, such as 7zip) in the mod directory you created (eg: 1.6.2.jar) and copy all of the files into it except for WorldEdit.jar
    5. Delete the files in the META-INF directory except for MANIFEST.MF
    6. Close the jar file
    7. Copy WorldEdit.jar into .minecraft/bin
    8. Rename the jar file to the same name as the directory (eg: 1.6.2.mods.jar)
    9. Rename the json file to the same name as the directory (eg: 1.6.2.mods.json)
    10. Open the json file in a text editor and the line that contains the id (eg: "id": "1.6.2") change it to the same name as the directory (eg: "id": "1.6.2.mods")
    11. Save and close the json file.
    12. Start up the Minecraft launcher
    13. Create a new profile
    14. Select the version that you just created (eg: 1.6.2.mods)
    15. Select the rest of your settings.
    16. Launch the game.

Note: Using a 3rd party launcher such as Magic Launcher may save you a lot of time in managing mods.

Code is open source at: https://github.com/simo415/spc

Again just because I'm a picky old turd, is there any way q3 can get access to the page 1, post 1 link (github/whatever)? Something similar to sk89q's setup. Some people just refuse to trust anything not said on the OP. I deeply respect you and am grateful for your continued support but; eventually q3 posts an update that exceeds your original version and many users don't see it or refuse to use it. You might add this to your Skype discussion. Also a common point to place the WE.jar would nice. Somewhere that only needs be done once, and is common to all versions until Mojang boogers things up again.
    Thanks
    Lou

Happy to arrange a way for q3 or yourself to update the OP, that's fine with me, how do you suggest this is best done - a separate website? In terms of the WE location, for this release lets not change it from where it was and keep it at .minecraft/bin, the new launcher options allow for better handling of JAR files, so I might be able to leverage that.

--Release coming in next 15-30 minutes

    Alright, status time.

My current plan is to update the mod officially tomorrow - ie: front page changes, etc. Unfortunately I cannot update at the moment as my new computer doesn't have the necessary tools available to it, these will be acquired in the coming weeks. My old computer is currently at my old house (recently moved) so I will be going there tomorrow for this very reason.

    Thanks all for your patience.

ps: q3, if you see this, could you jump on Skype around 7pm AEST - would like to go over a few things.

Didn't work for me, had to also delete META-INF at stage 4, I guess you missed that out? :P

Otherwise - thank you so much for your hard work. <3

Thanks for the META-INF part, I forgot! So is the mod working now that you delete META-INF or is it still not working?

So... I got SPC for 1.6.2 compiled and running... pre-warning, it is a massive pain in the **** to currently install it.

I have provided the development version below and some rough installation instructions. Currently the installer provided with SPC is broken due to the changes Mojang have made in 1.6. I plan to update the installer to support the latest version, but it may be several weeks until a working version is released.

    Install Guide:
    4. Open the jar file (using an archive utility, such as 7zip) in the mod directory you created (eg: 1.6.2.jar) and copy all of the files into it (download link:
    http://bit.ly/1bmTTNA) except for WorldEdit.jar
    5. Delete the files in the META-INF directory except for MANIFEST.MF
    6. Close the jar file
    7. Copy WorldEdit.jar into the same directory as the jar

    Download Link:
    http://bit.ly/1bmTTNA

    *edit*
PS: This is a development version, I will release the proper version in a day or two or based on feedback from the community. There may be things broken in this version that I am not aware of, if so, please post a comment here detailing the problem.

    **edit2**
Added delete META-INF step - thanks Amlup

At this stage I have been at it for a few hours and got the code compiling, yay. Cannot test at the moment due to issues with how Minecraft is launched.. Will need to look into it better later in the week (hopefully tomorrow), I'll see how I go. I expect more issues with the installation of the mod due to other changes in the latest release..

The new SPC version will come out once MCP for 1.6 has been released. There are a number of fixes in the new version which is courtesy of q3hardcore. I expect it to be a couple of days until the new MCP version is out. Thanks for your patience.

simo_415 has made the Mod open source and is only marginally maintaining it. He has handed it off to q3hardcore. If you go to the 1.4.7 link and read simo's posts just below q3's update, it will verify what I say.
I did send simo an e-mail (not a PM) a couple of days ago and haven't heard a reply nor has he fixed the problem with dropbox.
I don't know what more anyone can do! Reporting the same problem here won't fix it!

SPC for MC 1.5.1 downloadable link below:
Use this one. It's much less problematic and has more commands regardless.
The first link takes you to a post by q3hardcore where you can download his last working release.

    Sorted WorldEdit Command List

Both q3 and I are mentioned on page 1, post 1, if you're concerned.
    Lou

SPC for MC 1.4.7 downloadable link below:
The following link takes you to q3hardcore's last update for SinglePlayerCommands-MC1.4.7_v4.6_dev4.zip, page 1319, post 26364

Not all current commands will work with this one and I don't have any command lists for this version, but /noclip does!
    Lou

Thanks Lou. Looks like dropbox think I have malware on my account so froze it -.- Trying to work through it now with them. My scans revealed nothing of the sorts. I updated the OP with some mediafire links

Since he implemented /noclip, I suppose this would be adressed to q3hardcore: Is it possible to make /nclip independent of /fly? Two issues I'm having with it, /noclip now retains /fly's floaty, low-friction mechanics, meaning moving about is a little annoying. Secondly, and more annoyingly, accidentally double-tapping spacebar toggles flight mode, and during /noclip that means you end up falling through the world very rapidly and eventually dying if you can't recover fast enough. These weren't issues I had with previous /noclip and I miss the ease that old command afforded me.
    Thanks for any consideration.

Hard to do without implementing a new fly type. A new fly type would be difficult to implement due to Minecraft's mechanics now. Not to say it cannot be done, but it would require a bit of time to do. Trust me, I miss the old style fly too, really dislike the Minecraft one
