Hey, so today I tried downloading galacticraft, and when I opened my game, and loaded a world, crash!

So after this I got a little pissed. I did some experimenting to figure out that it wasn't galacticraft, or the mods, it was 1.7 in general.

So I do a good amount of developing in Java, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong in the stacktrace. So if anyone can find the issue from a stacktrace, here it is:

    ---- Minecraft Crash Report ----

As you can tell from the stack trace, I run on a 64 bit Mac, the newest version of the minecraft launcher (the no Java one), servers don't work either, and ALL my 1.7 versions aren't working. I haven't taken the time to figure out though if it has this annoying as hell issue in 1.6 and lower too :P

If anyone can help me fix this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Warning: Extremely creepy images attached to this thread. If you don't want to view it, do not read this thread

Am I crazy? You tell me, is downloading one of the copies of Sonic.exe crazy? Well I have a question regarding that.

If you play Sonic.EXE, after you finish, you'll see the I Am god screen. Then it'll say ready for round 2. Finally, the game over screen pops up.

Waiting a little while after this brings up the second hell sonic screen, shown below in the attached files.

What's on it? Japanese text. I don't know any Japanese, and I have no idea what this says. I tried translating it, but it didn't work. Can someone explain what this text means?

    Thanks

posted a message on [BobWorld/BobCraft] #1 GUILDS SERVER. IP: bobworld.serveminecraft.net:25786

Bobworld (also known as BobCraft) was a factions server that now has become guilds. Our official IP is 192.99.147.158:25786. We are looking for one dev. In order to apply for dev, you must know how to program in Java, create plugins, work with servers, and you have to be a dedicated player.

So what is guilds? Some haven't heard of it, but it works like this. A person takes a test to see what guild they belong in. A guild is a group with a certain trait. Three guilds on BobWorld for example are Wizard, Warrior, and Alchemist. Once you're in a guild, you can't retake the test, and you can now either /warp <guild name> or /warp wild. At warp wild you can run free, and build whatever you want across the world, then protect it using /kit antigrief, since we have the GriefProtection plugin.

    Our original advertisement: 192.99.147.158:25786

Staff to note: [Owner] BobWct33, [Co-Owner] SlenderDog (My original name was shieken, but I changed it to SlenderDog, and yes I made this advertisement)

Custom plugins: News (A plugin I made that allows /news, and tells you the latest server news when you join)

    Customized plugins: Essentials

My friend and i can connect to it and play, both via "Play Offline" in the Magic Launcher. However, our server (my laptop) has only 2GB of RAM and running a server i end up with full RAM and a 900MB swap file. (RAM gets stored onto the Hard Drive), and we lag and time-out a lot because the server can't keep up.

If i run the internal server via Singleplayer, i end up with little to no lag, and can play fine. When opening my world to LAN, my friend can not connect, timing out.

I know if i set the online-mode=true on my external server it throws the same message. So..

    1. Can i somehow log the internal server and see the error he gets when logging in?
    2. Can i set my internal server to run in offline mode?

We are running everything in offline as we have a weak internet connection, and internet cant work over 2 interfaces with Minecraft (eth0 and wlan0) so i either have to play over internet, with 200ping, or via LAN.

The router used is a TP-LINK WR720R with its internal security features disabled.

    *Face Palm*

Offline mode and Online mode means if you're going to have your server authenticated with Mojang or not, nothing to do with your internet

By the way, if you want to connect to a good server that doesn't need Mojang auth servers, I suggest Vortex PvP (play.vortexpvp.com)

This has been happening off and on for almost 24 hours now. Today mid afternoon central time A Group called the HOICSquad did a huge ddos attack and took down all minecraft session servers. Their twitter account got banned but they have made a new one at @HOICSquads. They have recently said they will keep them down for 5 hours.

You aced it. Thanks for teaching me something today :D. The HOIC squad is a pretty nasty group. Here's a direct quote from their twitter:

"All servers on MineCraft will be down for more than 5 hours. In the meantime join different games, before those are hacked to. #EnjoyLife"

Blame these guys. They obviously have something against minecraft. I hate these hacker groups. Here's another quote from their twitter:

"Someone wanted a shout out from facebook,
So here it is: Nathan Joseph Simmons And chloe_kitten8141
