Any way to fix? I rendered the map using TerrainControl and would rather keep my mountains with cool shapes and not have the trees cut off

What do you mean? Like underground caverns or void spaces? I'm rendering it straight from what is painted. How do I fix it?

Both took over 5 hours and both returned glitches. Any fix?

Try re-installing it. It should be listed as a program that you can uninstall.
