So I'm scurrying around trying to update and fix bugs and I'm running into things that I wonder how they ever worked. It's the equivalent of having your car break down in the middle of the road after 5 years of faithful service and opening up the hood only to realize it never had an engine.

Has this thing ever actually worked or was I just so oblivious to these major bugs o_O

SUPER happy to hear you're working on it. Also, that's quite funny :D Looks like it's going to have to be reworked from the ground up?

I have received a warning due to re-hosting the mod. I meant no harm. Guess I just got tired of all the messages and thought I could help.

@bluedart , I meant no disrespect. I just figured like me you were a very busy guy and couldn't be bothered at the moment. For what it's worth I've stopped sharing from the source of this sync so since it's a read-only sync no one should be able to change it and share a modified version or anything like that, but since it is a bittorrent it is P2P and de-centralized so what's out there is there :-/

I meant no harm but apologize all the same.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't Bluedart that reported you. It was most likely another user that wanted "Dish out justice" on the mod author's behalf. If Bluedart doesn't even have the time to reupload the mod himself, he wouldn't have the time to report you. So don't feel bad, you were just trying to help others who wanted this mod just as much! :)

Can someone make a 0.1.13 download link. IC^2 doesn't work on 1.5.2 as far as I know.

Actually it does :) I have the 1.5.1 beta version running on 1.5.2 with no problem.

The archive download blocked is mediafire's new way of forcing people to pay. Basically, each IP address gets 10 downloads/week. I would advise using dropbox instead.

When did this happen? I've never seen this kind of message before.

This mod is awesome. I often keep different bases separate from each other and this mod is perfect for going between them quickly but not being too cheap.
As I'm sure you're aware, as two people have already pointed out, this mod doesn't play too nice with 1.5.2, in that you can't bind the stones with the pads :)

Anyways, can't wait for the fix/next update :D

Hey, fantastic looking mod. Already got it installed but haven't gotten a chance to give it much of a try yet. Though I've already noticed a rather glaring problem: Ender Tots spawn WAY too frequently and in too large of numbers and I end up with 95% of the hostile mobs spawned being the tots. :) I tried searching through the config file but couldn't find any way to either disable or limit their spawn rates, so having the ability to do this would be really amazing.
Anyways, thanks for the killer mod! Can't wait to see how it progresses.

Can the list be organized by what each mod does, or at least add a discription to the list? It's very hard to figure out exactly what each mod does as of now.

...there is a [?] next to each mod that if you hover over it gives a description...

Right, honestly, Mark. I've been trying to sorta dance around the issue here for a while now, but seeing as it's been swept under the carpet a lot, I think I need to just say this up front.

This mod - NEEDS - configs. There's absoloutly no other way to go about it, because opinions on how the mod should work are so utterly divided. Some people say the mod's too easy, others say it's fine. Some say the seed drops should be removed, others can't live without them. It's a bit chaotic.

I'm no mod maker, I think that's clear. But if you want my advice, you should, above absoloutly everything else, allow for advanced configs to the mod to let people deal with balance issues on thier own, as opposed to just adhering to public opinion on it. Let me just run through what I think you need to be able to let people configre.
    1. Seed drop rarity. This. is. CRUCIAL. It allows the mod to cater to both people who want an extremely easy to sustain farm, and people who want more of a challenge. Most of the posts about mod balance seem to revolve around this.
    2. Essence Drops from plants. I've seen some people object to this. Have it disable-able if possible.
    3. Ore Generation. There's been at least one person who's refused to download this due to it adding ore generation. Make that able to be disabled.
These ones below are less important, but could make the mod a bit more attractive to some.
    1. Ability to disable certain plants. I've seen some mods that can have certain aspects disabled - This is something I can see occuring a lot in Multiplayer maps - Say, for example, they deemed most of the plants ok, but being able to grow Diamonds was a no-no. Or, the magic items could be seen as a bit objectionable (I've not played this on multiplayer, but Miner's Dream looks hideously grief-tastic) I'm sure being able to turn certain parts on and off this would be helpful.
    2. Hardmode crafting for some items, as mentioned in my previous post.
Both of the previously mentioned can be seen done here - http://forum.industr...d&threadID=3291

I know what I said might be harsh, but honestly, I think it's really needed.

You can get essence from the food plants and essence plants.
This post is where it is. Cake-dragon knows what's up :D

    Quote from tipred3

Does anybody have a version of this pack for FTB?

As far as I'm aware, no Misa pack has been made to work with all of the FTB mods.. But if you're looking to still use Misa's pack with high res mod textures, I suggest dropping all of the mod compatible packs that the Soartex texture pack has into your Misa pack :) that's what I do, since the art styles are close enough to blend in with each other.

I'm getting the GL Error also.

From what I gather it's a problem between multiple mods, not just a single one(At least that's how it is for me). It APPEARS that the major problem lies with GUI API. In conjunction with specific other mods it causes the GL error problem.

When GUI API and those mods are used along with Damage Indicator mod. (For me, one is Ars Magica. There is another, but I haven't the patience to figure out which of my other 70 mods is causing it.)

But it gets even better... it ALSO is a problem that only exists, for me, when I'm running Forge 650 and version 655.... When I run version 639, I don't have any problems running all of my mods together along with Damage Indicators. (I have not tried any other versions of forge but those three, yet)

    So: Forge 650/655 + GUI API + [Ars Magica] + Damage Indicators v2.5.8 = GSL Error. :/

After some more playing around, it's an even more specific problem than BEFORE. In particular, I get the error with GUI API version 0.15.5, but not 0.15.4.... I'll go ahead and also add that I'm using Magic Launcher. Not sure if that has any impact on how things run.

Forge 650/655 + GUI API v0.15.5 + [Args Magica (Pick your poison)] + Damage Indicators v2.5.8 = GSL Error

    This is confusing.

I have not tried an older version of Damage Indicators. And quite frankly I don't really care to since I've got it seemingly working now, with the previous combination but with GUI API v 0.15.4

I hope that in some small way this might be helpful. Otherwise... well, oh well.
