I tried adding my server to the website and it said it was allready claimed, I tried claiming it by changing the motd like it tells me to, but nothing happens after. It's been a day and I changed back my motd to what it origanily was, Im owner on the server and the ip is 167.114.117.231:25922.

I want to join This New MMORPG becomes i am a great member overall, i am dedicated and always active, i try my best to help players who don’t understand or need help in a way with certain Rules or Format and how they should play. Not only that i can catch hackers very easily and ban-evaders by cross-referencing IP’s and i am always alert checking all minor and major details to see if anyone is acting suspicious. I have been told to apply by some staff like Other Staff not only that i check to see if other staff members are abusing too as there has been a lot evidence put forward to suspect the Jackforaker his Abusing and hacking however i am not pinpointing him (this was on a Different Server). I am usually on for at least 4-5 hours daily and a significant more time then the weekends. I know all rules and how to address players and staff properly. I also know Most if not all of the Commands for nearly every staff rank and player rank (including Donators) and i know how Different plugins work and how to use them. I am learning Python but know how to code C++ & i have started to create my own custom plugins. I know all tier’s and ethical spots in the games where hackers could potentially be.
I would like to join This MMORPG for a numerous amount of reasons that are too long to fit in a Application however if i were to be given the chance and to have started from the bottom. Later on hopefully you could recognise my potential and how it could be used.

In that case, everything is correct and functions as it should in vanilla. Unfortunately it seems to be a problem with Spigot; mods/plugins are known for interfering with how commands and command blocks function. You can try using your mechanism in vanilla to ensure that it works, though I don't have a solution for Spigot (might be worth checking their forums).
