Don't worry I got it fixed. I just had to put my antialiasing to 0, and for some reason my mouse sensitivity was at the lowest setting.
Anyways thank everyone for the responses.

I just started up the game up, and right away I noticed major lag.
this happened just out of the blue as my computer was handling the game just fine a few days ago, and I know my computer can handle it at the highest setting. Any suggestions?
