    Bug found:

    At the reflecting pools rooms or whatever they're called, if you activate the entrance door by throwing an item into the slot on the inside then it locks permanently and traps the player unless they craft a stone pickaxe and spend half an hour inspecting redstone wiring to figure out where they were supposed to go.


    If this was intentional then it's a pretty lame [EDIT].

    posted a message on "Pants" skins also Cover Arms and Head?
    This might already exist somewhere and if it does please direct me.

    Essentially I wanted to make the gold pants item into a full set of formal wear worn underneath the gold breastplate and greaves. It seems like I should be able to do this but since arm textures in the pants image apparently don't get recognized the best I can do is some sort of weird, overalls, dress, thing.

    Lol, snow golums may no longer work in the nether but now once you've found the secret ending you can spam iron robots instead and the final battle becomes a stompfest.

    I'll have to mess with the final monster. The Nether does not treat wool well, especially when filled with tnt, redstone circuits, and lava for eyes.

    Well, jumping 20 times should decrease your food bar by half a point. So you could always try eating a peice of bread and if your hunger hasn't dropped to 95% after 20 jumps then it means it filled up your hunger saturation bar.

    I don't think I'm understanding correctly.

    Every food item has an additional food saturation stat which will fill up and prevent your hunger bar from depleting for a while after you've eaten.

    I think the food saturation bar fills up to equal your visible hunger bar (ie if you were at zero and ate 3 steaks then you would have the equivalent of 20 meat stick icons)

    That doesn't sound right, all the dungeons I've ever found including this one had plenty of wooden doors. That's what I was hearing.

    Well, I finally made it to the end in hardcore mode to face the ender dragon.



    As you can see the 5x5 obsidian square spawned in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no land in sight any direction with the render distance on far. But hey, at least the ender dragon is still here, all I had to do is slap down a cobble fence and try my best.

    But what you can't see is that once I got a few arrows in him he managed to fly into the render distance and freeze. At the moment he's still there, unable to move and I'm getting really bored.

    They're so loud I was able to hear them banging on the wood doors about 20 blocks below me under water.

    Well, Notch giveth and Notch taketh away, appearently snowmen will melt in the nether after installing the 07 patch possibly making the battle there slightly more difficult. I will look into solutions but there may not be a good fix

    Ha, boy I'll say.
    This is very much as true today as it was in the 1950s when you first posted this.

    I know you don't have time to review every map, especially not all the smaller one-week projects like Gallel. But I'm going to toss this in amongst the crowd anyways for two good reasons.

    A. I put labor into it, so I feel that I have the right to try and shill it.

    B. For your extensive list I notice that you still don't have many adventure maps featuring the new snapshots. Specifically the fact that dispensers can now be used to carefully place monsters where needed. No doubt this is going to completely change combat, so it might be a fun change of pace to get a taste of what's to come.
