1 Year milestone- October 17th 2012 marks the 1 year anniversary of the server on October 20th the server will be up all day

Worlds
The New Minecraftia Republic- After Minecraftia's tragic end in the creeper wars, The Minecraftia Republic was created with the sole purpose of recovery. Today the nation stands tall with the motto, I Came, I Saw, I Conquered.
Our goal is to create 10 districts united together with the capital after the districts ae completed we will move on to creating more nations, Kingdoms, and then a world
The New Minecraftia Republic is a Creative server and was the first created on October 17th 2011, it is also our main server
News- Currently we are working on the Capital, Sandyville(2), Craftrees(3), and Stargate(4) New! Now Working on Winterun(5) and Rapture(6)
Survival- About 6 months after NMR toke flight a new world was created named simply Survival. Survival is a Survival server and has no set rules
Underground-The third world on the server is Underground, all of the Minecraft world is underground. Underground is and Adventure server with survival properties
to tranfer your world you need to press the windows button and "R" and a box should pop up saying run type %appdata% and click ok click on the .minecraft folder. then click on saves. find your world and copy/paste it to you server folder. then go into you sever props. file and change the world name to the one you have. hope this helps if not pm me a question and i will try to help
Been trying to find the page for Nethercraft 1.8, and am having a hell of a time. I even tried restricting the search using advanced options and it brings up so much unrelated crap. Nice, when I get flamed for not searching, when I do search and it doesnt work.
Just try useing google but have minecraft fourm in the secarcg i.e. mods minecraft fourms
The problem is the port is in use. The first poster tried to find and stop whatever was using the port (which may not be a good thing if the process is system critical!).
You can set the port that you server tries to use in the server properties file, change it to something besides the default:25565
You might have more than 1 jar file running if not you didnt port-forward if you have a netgar rotor like me type: 192.168.1.1 in the adress bar if you have a PC. Then type in ur user name and password.Then scroll the sidebar on the left till you see port-forwarding/port-tiggering.click add sevice and enter the following
Sever name-Minecraft Sever/it dosent matter the name
Protcal-ignore it
Starting/ending port-25565
Sever ip-if you have netgear 192.168.1

I made a sever about a week ago and also have windons xp
First resart evething you tryed to do to make a server
2. make a folder on your desktop
3. Download the first thing on minecraft put it in ur folder
4.download the second thing and put in the folder.
5. the way i got an ip was thourgh Logmein Hamchi...s0 download that(i.p. number comes from this
6.After that click CREATE NETWORK in logmein hamchi type a name and password, and an ip number will be genrated.
7.in your folder(server) double click minecraft_sever it should be a executable jar file.
8.wait for the server to run and make a world. and close the window
9.a couple of things should have poped up in your folder.
10.Click on server(PROPERTIES file)
11.Name it wat ever and put true for things you want i.e. Monsters, animals
12.Put false for things you dont want
12b.KEEP HELL-WORLD on false
13.Where it says ip adrees put the ip that logmein hamchi gave you
14.push file-save
15.in your folder click on ops
16.Put your name and your friends names in that box.

I installed all that i needed for the planes mod and when i try to connect to my server it says Internal exception: java.io.IOEException: bad packet id 200
really like help if anyone knows what i should do
