    ----IC Info----
    -Character name: Jesse Sessin

    -Character race: Human

    -Character gender: Male

    -Character age: 18

-Character Occupation (optional, note you still must talk to the lord about loaning or purchasing any stall/shop for your character if he/she would have one. This more or less helps us to better understand your characters starting skill set): Theif and scammer

-Character description (At least one to two paragraphs describing your character’s visual appearance.): Jesse has bright hazel eyes, light smooth skin and long dark ginger hair braided in the back. He has a slim feminine body, thin eyebrows and long eyelashes. Just under the left side of his left eye he has two tiny black beauty marks just barely separated from each other. He wears regal, feminine clothing which usually comes in handy for his scams or makes people unsuspecting of his thievery. This clothing includes a loose white "cold shoulder" sweater with tight black leggings. He wears white boots with long black socks. He has black piercings at the top and bottom of each ear.

-Character personality and traits (At least one to two paragraphs describing their personality traits and/or quirks.): Jesse is lazy and selfish, although quite clever when he needs to be. He is very feminine in the way he acts naturally, although he puts it on even stronger to trick people. He often gets himself into dangerous situations when his schemes do awry, but he always seems to come up with a plan just in time to avoid trouble. He's quite a bit of a narcissist, thinking himself a master thief. He is quick to anger but fairly good at hiding it, however he commonly ends up taking out his anger on those weaker than him.

-Character biography (At least three paragraphs describing your character's history and experiences): Jesse's life seemed to be cursed with bad luck. He was born to two peasants in Barkamsted, his father Jamie known widely for being a coward who purposely evaded recruitment in to the Barkamsted Army that would fight and eventually defeat The Pact. His mother suffered Maternal Death while birthing him, overwhelmed with grief at losing the only woman who ever loved him, Jesse's father blamed him for her death. Having evaded the war, his father had a poor time finding a job both because of his reputation and because it seemed like the only thing anyone needed was soldiers. Worse yet, all the refuges pouring in were thinning out the food supply. This lead to Jesse going hungry most nights as his father could barely afford to feed himself. He became an abusive drunk, luckily for Jesse his father was a wimp so the beatings were never too painful. As Jesse grew older and bigger, he slowly felt the beatings hurt less and less. His father sent him to be a servant squire as soon as he was old enough. All day Jesse had to run around, doing errands for the knights that were just going to die in the war. He would often try to sneak parts of the rations away when delivering them, somethings having to eat whatever the ungrateful soldiers tried to throw away. He grew to despise them, the war effort was the reason his family was even poorer than before he was born. Most of the food Barkamsted had went straight to keeping their soldiers nice and full, and what was left was normally gifted off to the numerous refuges The Alliance kept bringing it. The war against The Pact, and the whole idea of The Alliance was nothing but another part of Jesse's terrible luck. But Jesse's distaste for the knights did not even compare to his continued hatred of his father. Jamie recognized the sinister stare Jesse would make every time he picked himself up and calmly dusted himself off. The two both knew it was only a matter of time before Jesse would be old enough to fight back, and Jamie was not a young man by any stretch of the imagination. Everyday he grew older, and his punches started to hurt his aching joints more than Jesse's body. All the while Jesse was only approaching his prime, it would simply be no contest for an old man to fight a vigorous teen. Jesse would calmly bide his time, smiling at the thought of the day he could pay the old man back, oh what he'd do to him! But Jamie had other plans. By now he was convinced this wicked child was not his, that his wife must have had an affair and her death was divine punishment! But the evil child that had plans to kill him, or worse... he had yet to seen retribution!Jamie broke into Jesse's room, Jesse simply looked up at him apathetically, expecting the usual couple of wallops before the old man's breathing became heavy and he gave up. But Jamie had other plans. Through a long confusing battle, he dressed Jesse up in a strange outfit. It was a princess looking outfit, the one Jamie had wore to convince the Barkamsted army he was a woman and evade enlistment. He was quickly discovered and endlessly mocked for it, now he would make the devil child suffer the same fate! He dragged Jesse out into the market, tossing him on the ground. "No son of mine is going to dress like a sissy! You can come back home when you learn to be a man!"Jamie declared out. The town people began to laugh, "Guess it runs in the family huh?" and similar comments could be heard from the crowd. Jesse pleaded that it wasn't true, his face flush red with embarrassment. Meanwhile, Jamie made a swift exit through the forming crowd. Jesse tried to run away, but some local kids chased after him! He was already the odd one out, and now he was a prime target for bullying. They beat him down, much worse than Jamie could manage at this point. Jesse curled up in a ball, remembering how he used to deal with Jamie's abuse. Just curl up and wait for it to stop... It was a long time before they gave up, heading home before they got in trouble for being out too late. Jesse picked himself up off the ground, sniffling a bloody nose and wiping away tears. Painfully he limped home, determine that Jamie would pay. No more waiting or biding his time, he would figure out a way to kill the old man TONIGHT! But when he entered... there was nobody to be found. No THING to be found. Jesse panicked, angrily searching the house, yelling out for Jamie. Finally he collapsed in exhaustion, tears leaking heavy down his face.Jamie had ran off, and he'd taken everything with him, including Jesse's normal clothes. He would never see his father again, never would the old man pay for the years of abuse... Jesse eventually cried himself to sleep. He woke but didn't want to stand, but his stomach wouldn't let him rest. He limped into town, locals who had seen the scene last night laughing at the boy while others just gave looks of disgust. No one would even think of helping him, being Jamie's son was enough that he was already shunned most the time. He had no choice, he would have to steal something to eat. He choose an old man selling bread rolls as his target, snatching the bread and taking off. With his injuries, he could barely outrun even the old man, only managing to lose him in the alleys. He slumped down against a wall, crying as he munched his stale bread and cursed his life. Then, a wealthy looking man approached him, guarded closely by two knights. "My, this is now way for a young lady to live. I can't believe how low Barkamsted has fallen..." He said with a sigh. "Young miss, I can't stand to see a little girl treated this way. Do you have any parents?" Jesse shook his head no. "I see. How would you like to join my family? This here is my son, Tristan." He man said, introducing a young boy around Jesse's age. The man eventually adopted Jesse, bringing him into his wealthy family. His name was Arthur, a wealthy General who was part of the war effort. Jesse despised his kind, but he much preferred the big warm house to staying in Barkamsted. For years, Jesse kept his secret, pretending to be a girl. He remembered on the ride out of Barkamsted, there were plenty of young male orphans on the streets as well. His new father never stopped for any of them. If his secret was discovered, he would surely be cast out. That meant his time with this family was limited, he couldn't keep his secret forever. One night, the son Tristan was excited talking to his new "sister" about how he'd soon be a fine knight, just like his father in his younger days. Jesse scoffed at the idea, telling him that knights were just a bunch of fools. The conversation became an argument, and when Arthur overheard Jesse called knights "Worthless pawns who deserve to die" his blood boiled. He lost it and slapped Jesse, hard enough to make his nose bleed. "I will not have such talk in this house!" he commanded, trying to calm himself. Not caring to hear any of what he had to say, Jesse ran off crying. That night, Jesse robbed the family of all the valuables he could carry, and a carriage to ride off with the riches. He made his way to Falkvard, buying himself some nice gentlemanly clothes and finally getting out of the dresses he'd worn since that terrible day. Jesse's problems were far from over, however. His new clothes were itchy, too stiff. He'd become accustomed to fancier cloth, he assumed. So he bought some even fancier clothes. But the problem persisted. Jesse put up with his uncomfortable clothes, sure he'd get used to them again. But money was becoming a problem, he didn't have an infinite supply. Plus, his usual thievery seemed to always fall flat, his new clothes didn't drop people's guards like the innocent girl facade. Even worse, it seemed to make HIM a target for robbery! He was commonly pick-pocketed and mugged, as his clothes set him apart as a big pay day for criminals, and no one felt bad robbing a snobby young man. As his money dwindled, Jesse made the decision to spend the last of it on some nice womanly clothing. With it, he found pick-pocketing much easier. Everyone dropped their guard around the "pretty girl", they never felt like he was too close. When he excused himself to go check for valuables, he was never questioned. Now he could get used to this!

-Please give us a short RP response to these two scenarios. (At least one paragraph for each):

You’re walking around the markets at around noon. There’s a lot of people around you, still gathering their items as they prepare to shut down their many stands. Suddenly you feel a gentle lifting of your coin purse as a child graces you and soon after they take off sprinting. You have been robbed.

Being a thief himself and victim to many pick-pockets in his day, Jesse would be quick to the amateur child's attempts. As the kid went to sprint away he would stick his leg out behind him, tripping the child. "Wah?! Heeeelllppp~! I've being rooobbbeed!" He would call out with a slight grin. The knights would be quick to respond to a fair maiden's cry for help, catching the little runt as he got back to his feet. As they checked to see if his was alright, Jesse would hug the guard tightly, swiftly searching his pockets while he was distracted with Jesse's compliments.

You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Upon further investigation you come across a grey-coloured wolf that appears to have its leg caught in a bear trap. Around it is three smaller lumps of fur, obviously puppies belonging to the trapped mother. Without help, they’ll all die, but wolf skins are quite valuable too, not to mention that the nearby farms suffer quite a bit from the wolf population.

Jesse would be on the way back from a party he had been invited too, counting up his loot. He'd nearly drop it in shock as he heard the pained howling of the mother wolf. Quickly, he would draw his dagger! But upon discovering that the wolf is trapped, he breathes a sigh of relief. Unfortunately, wolves did not swoon over the distressed damsel act, so he would've been in a tough spot. Not seeing the point in helping the farmers or the wolves, Jesse would continue on his way. Skinning pelts was dirty work, an honest man's game. He had no interest in either.

-Character Occupation (optional, note you still must talk to the lord about loaning or purchasing any stall/shop for your character if he/she would have one. This more or less helps us to better understand your characters starting skill set): Knight in training!... Well, more like wanna-be knight, who's training himself

-Character description (At least one to two paragraphs describing your character’s visual appearance.): Jesse has long pink hair braided in the back. He wears fancy clothing including a black velvet shirt and large white coat. Wanting to be a knight, he has purchased a few bits of armor here and there, but without any serious cash his suit is far from complete, leaving him wearing just a knight's belt, grieves and wrist guards.

-Character personality and traits (At least one to two paragraphs describing their personality traits and/or quirks.): Jesse is determined and headstrong, although quite foolish. He often gets himself into dangerous situations that were easily avoidable because he thinks little about consequences. He's a bit of a narcissist, however it's very easy to tear his ego down with a few mean words. He has a naive but peaceful view of the world, preferring to believe that most people are good.

-Character biography (At least three paragraphs describing your character's history and experiences): Jesse's father, Jamie Sessin, was a cripple who had sustained leg injuries leaving him barely able to stand for any significant period of time. Despite this, he was married to one of the most beautiful women in the town, Sereni. She was a light skinned woman with long pink hair, in the right clothing most would think she was royalty. As a kid, Jesse always looked up to the Knights that would march through town after victorious battles. They were the definition of Heroes to him, risking their own lives to protect the weak. At first his parents thought his admiration was normal, but as he grew old his little games of "Playing knight" grew less and less cute. His father especially didn't approve of his dream, but he was never sure why until the day he told his parents he would be setting out to become a knight. His father was furious, he told Jesse he was too weak, that he couldn't hold himself in a bar fight let alone join the men on the battlefield. Jesse was unwavered though, he said he would get stronger, no matter what it took. Afraid of his son leaving, Jesse's father revealed a secret he had kept long hidden. He finally told Jesse what had happened to his legs. Before Jesse was born, his mother was set up to marry a wealthy knight named Gerald who was expected to become a high ranking officer. Having her as a trophy wife would help his chances of climbing the ladder, while also giving her lazy father an easy way to make money. However, Sereni was already in love with Jamie. They tried to keep their love hidden, afraid of the consequences, but the whole town knew. Eventually, they were caught by Gerald. He chased Jamie out into the street, gashing him in the back of the knees as he tried to run. He had full intention of killing Jamie in front of the whole town, but Sereni stabbed him in the back before he could. Even with all the witnesses, Jamie and Sereni were lucky to avoid prison after killing a knight. Jesse's parents told him this dark history, hoping he would finally grow up and abandon his childish view of knights. Jesse's simple response was "Well it sounds to me like the world needs more good knights." His parents still feared for him, but they believed he could make it, and maybe even change the world for the better.

-Please give us a short RP response to these two scenarios. (At least one paragraph for each):

Suddenly you feel a gentle lifting of your coin purse as a child graces you and soon after they take off sprinting. You have been robbed.

Jesse would apologize to the child, thinking they had just accidentally bumped into each other. After a short while he would realize his coinpurse is missing and begin to panic, searching the area and asking if anyone had seen it. In the end, he would likely never even suspect and innocent child could do such a thing. That day Jesse would go home poorer than before and try to forget about it.

You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Upon further investigation you come across a grey-coloured wolf that appears to have its leg caught in a bear trap. Jesse wouldn't even think about the pelts or consequences of letting the wolf go. He would quickly do his best to undo the trap and free the animal, possibly getting himself hurt as he has no clue how bear traps work. If and when the wolf was finally released, Jesse would expect it to kindly walk away, and likely just run for it if it went to attack him.
