The roles we currently wish to fill can be seen in order of priority (Highest priority to lowest)
Builders- Interview will be held in discord by our current head builder or an application manager, but must have evidence/ portfolio of previous builds
Developers- Must fill out the given application format (below) and may also have further interviewing on discord
Mods- Must fill out the application, and must be willing to help moderate the server in a fair and consistent manor, as well as be able to assist players in anyway possible.
Helpers- The beginning staff rank, must help moderate the chat and keep the server clean from toxicity

Why you think you'd be fit for the team (must be at least 50 words): Because I'm a very friendly person and get along well with everyone. I'm confident that I'd be a great fit for the team because I would always work hard but I also like to have a good time and meet new people while playing. I'm also very flexible and would be happy to work on any project you needed help with. (Such as building or configuring plugins if you need help with anything like that)

If yes, explain: I began as a helper on a factions server that averaged around 100 players and I was able to work my way up to co-owner after around 4 months. I also owner my own prison and factions server but sold it so I could spend more time focusing on school. I was moderator on another factions server averaging around 40 players but was shut down when the owner was having personal problems. I helped develop a factions server for my friend that eventually averaged around 40 players but I did not staff the server after I developed it.

How can you help our team?: Because as a person I love helping others and I am very experienced as a staff member, I know how to carry out the job of staff and how to deal with players. I'm also very dedicated and hard-working, so I will always perform the best that I can.

What is the job of a Helper/Moderator/Admin? (Whichever you're applying for): (Moderator or Admin if it is still available) The job of a moderator is to make sure the chat stays clean and to make sure the server is free of hackers. As a mod you need to do everything in your power to make sure players are following all the rules of the server. Also you should be there to help helpers in case there is a player that they don't have permissions to deal with such as banning a hacker. Mods overall should keep the chat clean and the server free of hackers.
Why should we pick you over others?: Because I will definitely do everything expected of a member of the staff team but I will also do everything I can to ensure that every player on Omnia has the best experience possible. As I said before I'm very friendly but also know when action needs to be taken, I can find the happy medium and work to resolve conflicts between players so everyone enjoys the server. I will go above and beyond so that players feel welcomed to the server and answer questions the best I can, I won't ignore players and will do everything I can so that all players love the server.

Yes, as I mentioned I owned my own server, and developed 2 factions servers for the owners as they had little plugin experience. I'm pretty good with most plugins, although I don't know much Java. However I'm very good with standard factions and prison server plugins like groupmanager/pex, crates, KitPvP plugins, worldguard, worldedit, essentials, KoTH, Envoys, and lots more as I have worked with these plugins a lot.
Are you willing to be on for at least 3 hours a day?: Yep! Some days I have Lacrosse but I should still be able to be on at least 3 hours, and a lot longer than 3 hours on weekends and days I don't have Lacrosse What can you do that others can’t?: I try my absolute hardest to be as kind as possible to all players. Even small things like welcoming a player can help players have a better experience, so I do everything I can to make all players have an equally awesome experience.
