But, dev is short for Developer, wich in my eyes, is someone who is familiar with coding in any programming language.
Wich in this case (or at least i assume so), is a person who can code/program a plugin.
I think some people say a dev also can be someone editing and setting up already made plugins, without knowing anything about programming, but i think thats wrong, thats not a dev to me.

Ive had a couple of servers using SkyBlock plugins, and always used essentials, so im used to it. And ive done permissions alot of times before.
