Edit: there was a new line at the bottom of the log in the "minecraft game output" window:
15:45:23.599
Process crashed with exit code -805306369
And I had missed message 29 on this thread, I'm reading the links right now. Thanks!
Second edit: I read the link and another link within that thread, tried what they said to try and it didn't fix it.
I had also already tried their discord, it's busy, and there's no way to keep track of things over there.
P.S. Oh! While I was troubleshooting this time, I noticed the minecraft version on task manager is 32 bits, when it should be 64 (as far as I know) is that something that might be related? I have no idea how to get a 64 bits version.
Third Edit: So, from googling the error code I ended up in the event viewer (I couldn't find a way to see "more" from security and maintenance, it said exactly the same thing):

It would be much better to know what to fix, rather than having to "fix the computer" just because one program doesn't work! D':
I had pasted a link in a message above, to a newer log that was thrown using MultiMC launcher, I wonder if you saw it, someone told me the log listed MacOS as my system instead of Windows 10, so maybe there is something that could help in that log? I wish I knew.
Second Edit: So, I thought perhaps it needed more memory allocated and tried to launch it to (find the place) to add it, but now it won't even load (second image)
Third Edit: Restarted the computer, allocated 6 to ram (on vanilla, official) tried to join multiplayer, it didn't work. Tried joining the new world on multiplayer <(single player), it froze again and the latest log has nothing new on it. I'm still using those cloudflare DNS, can/should I change them back to what I had?
I had ran it 8 days ago and it found nothing, the only programs I have installed since then are the ones suggested on this thread, it deleted a help and a search bar.
I tried the official launcher using cloudflare DNS, it still hangs and the latest log doesn't show anything different than before.
TechnicLauncher and the old launcher still don't launch.
Thanks, I am, I also tried to launch it on TechnicLauncher, and it actually launched the game once but, I can't get it to launch again :/ TechnicLauncher stays loading on the first (blue-wrench logo) screen.
The official launcher still hangs exactly in the same way it has been lately, and the latest log remains exactly the same as well.
I couldn't test the old launcher, it tries to download the launcher pack and stays there, I even downloaded it manually from the address it shows but it didn't help.
Thank you, I'll try that when any of these two launchers actually launch, neither of them do, and I've installed a bunch of things I really didn't want to have to install :c
So, none of those 2 launchers work, after having downloaded java and tried to troubleshoot compatibility, It's late, I'm tired and hungry I better go cook.

But this fixed it!:
Thank you so much for all your patience and help! <3
Edit: I don't know how to mark the thread as solved.

I don't know where to find the debug.log

I did everything, it had 6 ram allocated before, I just gave it 8; but it's still hanging. (Nothing changed)

I might try ATLauncher, since I haven't yet.

I'm not sure I can do that, I don't have the time nor the energy, and I need to work everyday (from this computer)
0
How do I reset it?

here it is: https://www.file-upload.net/download-14379922/NewWorld.zip.html

OK, could you suggest one, please?

Ooh! What a good idea! Here it is.
And I had also gotten a new log using the MultiMC launcher.

I'm not sure if I have to do anything other than running that program as admin, how do I test run it?
If it's just launching it first and then trying out Minecraft, it doesn't do anything for the official launcher.
I tried creating a new world to open it to LAN and it's stuck here, I don't know if this is normal, it's been stuck here for 20 minutes:
Oh! The latest log changed:
