Right now the server is playing 24/7 Airship Battle! It's automatically managed by a plugin and when the match ends, a new match starts automatically.

Alright, progress! Here are some options regarding the full block chests for 1.15.2.
I asked for help in the OptiFine discord, and a person by the name of Beksim#1010 was very helpful and made these textures: Download. However, it only includes textures for the normal chest, and you should disable the pack when not using OptiFine because it replaces the vanilla texture.
Another texturepack over at PlanetMinecraft also has full block chests. I let them know they were broken in 1.15.2 OptiFine and they fixed them, so you can use them by grabbing their pack here. Keep in mind that the back texture of the large chests are "broken". It reuses the side textures, which is the wrong texture to use. It is missing the proper back texture. I attempted to fix this myself with success; Download.
You also run into issues where, for example, the new wood planks from the nether does not match any other planks. But this is easily resolvable by using a 3rd party addon to the Programmer Art pack. Two of those are Programmer Art Fix and Developer Art+.

Good idea. I have actually updated the chest textures for 1.15, so if you don't care about the CEM, you can just use them as they are.

I know this pack is not actively maintened, but Optifine got a new preview version with fixed CEM for 1.15 and if someone wants to help out updating the CEM chests that would be awesome. I gave it a try but I didn't know what I was doing.

How do I /play?

Not sure if you read my last post, but I managed to use CommandBook MOTD to disable radar. But I've not been able to disable cavemapping still.

Okay, I tried using commandbook MOTD to disable it instead as MamiyaOtaru suggests. I manage to disable the radar this way, but not cavemap.
§3 is dark_aqua which is `C in commandbook
§6 is gold which is `Y in commandbook
§e disables radar and is yellow which is `y in commandbook
§d disables cavemap and is light_purple which is `p in commandbook
So the following line should disable both radar and cavemap but it ends up only disableing radar, which is better than nothing of course, but what am I doing wrong for it to not disable cavemap?

From "ClientPermissions plugin" it sounds like you wish to block this on a server. If this is 1.14, "ClientPermissions" may not work because Fabric is being used for this plugin and not LiteLoader. I believe ClientPermissions is based on LiteLoader, unfortunately. I'm rather fuzzy on the details, as I'm not a coder on any of this. But replying with what version your Spigot server is (if you are using Spigot), would help with your question.
Oh of course, that is why ClientPermissions don't work, because Voxelmap uses Fabric. And yeah, it's a server.
I am using Paper 1.14.4 and this is my motd with the color codes I found that should disable radar and cavemap, but maybe it is the wrong color codes?

What is the preferred way of disabling radar and cave map? I've tried both ClientPermissions plugin and some color codes I found on reddit but I could not get it to work.

Welp, after the impending (then canceled) closure of these forums, a cross-country relocation for me, and the release of 1.14... I'm back.
1.14's changes to villagers was very discouraging, as far as updating Stevian Villagers. Mojang removed full textures for each profession, and there is now only one base texture (face) for ALL villagers. So it seems Stevian Villagers for vanilla 1.14 is dead in the water. It might be possible using Optifine's random mobs to restore the variety of Stevian Villagers, but this would REQUIRE Optifine to work. Not everyone is keen on installing Optifine, especially since it is not yet compatible with Forge in 1.14.
So I'm at a loss as to what to do with Stevian Villagers at the moment. Input is welcome.
I didn't realise this, that is unfortunate. I suppose one alternative would be to use the face of the Farmer since it seems most neutral. Would it be possible to add different facial properties by including them in the profession textures?
