I don't really watch Minecraft content on YouTube these days, but I think the sort of stuff I do used to watch sort of fell out of favor a bit? I mostly watched in 2012 and 2013, and maybe some of 2014, when Minecraft animations and song parodies were the big thing, and some of the showcase videos (showcasing custom maps, showing them off in shader glory before they were commonplace) caught my attention too. As far as I know, these are still probably things, as Minecraft IS one of the biggest games, but browsing YouTube today, the channels and what they focus on seems vastly different (not saying worse, as I don't even know or watch them).
I actually had to go look some memories up while posting this. This is far from exhaustive, but if you want to waste some hours going down a few rabbit holes, the common ones I'm finding are Element Animation (basically all of them), Slamacow (Cube Land and From the Ground Up), Mineworks, Sam Green (Epic Minequest), Yogscast (Lewis and Simon) (How Do I Craft This Again, Diggy Diggy Hole), BebopVox, ZexyZek (or probably more appropriately, the LindeeLink voiced parodies), TryHardNinja, RxReckonHD (Night at the Mineseum and the "Minecraft and real world crossover" videos), SkyDoesMinecraft, Jolly ol Brits, and CaptainSparklez (Revenge and Fallen Kingdom series, mostly liking the second one of the... four... [?] or is there more now?).
Not a channel, but a separate mention of this...
I'm sure those numbers are way outdated.
There's also one particular video I'm remembering from sometime between probably 2011 and 2013, that was an animation (I want to say it was not in a drawn/cartoon style but I am not positive) and I was wanting to find it again to see if it was ever continued. Unfortunately, I can't remember much about it, other than that Steve (I think?) shows up to a sort of temple-esque place (loosely Japanese inspired I think) where someone else lives, and goes to set out on an adventure (again, I think). I want to say there was one or maybe two videos I watched at the time of it. Unfortunately, I know so little about it to actually describe it, but I'd know it if I saw it again.

Hmmm ... if you create a 1.14 "village" with buildings, beds and work stations but avoid adding a bell, then does that imply the game mechanics would not recognize it as a village?
If so, then would that also prevent any pillager raids?

For the current PS4 version:
- When you kill the dragon a new portal will open to an End island. On the PS4 there is a maximum of 4 such portals that can be created.
- On the PS4 the player is blocked from hopping from one End island to another. So the only means of getting to an End island is via the portals.
- I believe you are guaranteed at least 1 End city, but it is not necessarily going to appear with the first portal that you open.
- You may reset the End as many times as you like. Do so will return the End dimension back to its original state, erasing any buildings and/or damage the player may have done in prior visits.
- Resetting the End does not affect your trophies in any way.
- Resetting the End does not remove any items that you have taken from there and brought to the Overworld or Nether. It will, however, erase any items that you had left in the End when you reset that dimension. Again ... it returns that dimension to its original state.

This may not be a bug, but stray cats are only spawning in freshly generated villages. To date, I have not seen any stray cats in villages that existed prior to the update, nor any stray cats spawn in player created villages.

Okay, this all makes sense for a medium sized console world. The Overworld/Nether ratio is different than the standard 8:1 when the world size is set to medium. I think that is what is throwing you off.
For the console edition you have the Overworld/Nether ratios of:
Classic or Small 3:1
Medium 6:1
Large 8:1
So your Portal 1 coordinate of (-198, -533) would ideally translate to the Nether location of (-33, -89) ... which it did. For Portal 2 the coordinates of (-120, -800) should correlate to the Nether location of (-20, -133). Based on the actual portal location being generated at (-11, -151), I would guess there is some lava lake nearby.
Using the Medium sized world is nice, since it leaves you the opportunity to expand the world following a major game update. The downside is that after expanding the world you will need to shift around some of your portals due to the change in the ratio.

How about a couple that are inspired by PS4 being the only supported console edition:
- Increase the mob caps
- Give PS4 infinite worlds

Found this seed on MineAtlas and thought it had to be shared. There are 4 ... yes FOUR ... mushroom islands clustered near the spawn. Personally, I'm not a fan of mush islands, but lots of people look for them. So here is the seed: 886895402627842
Full disclosure: I have not player or even tried to load this world. So please post a reply if it doesn't look like the image below.
Enjoy!

PS4 edition gives you access to one End island at a time through the portals. We cannot hop from island to island as in Java or Bedrock editions.
You will be able to open a total of 4 portals, by killing the dragon once per portal. Doing that will give you access to 4 end islands and up to 4 End cities. More likely, you will have 1 or 2 End cities and a couple of empty islands.
The PS4 edition allows you to reset the End and start that dimension over again.
