Looks like it's getting crushed under the weight of all the mods you're trying to run. Try allocating more memory to the server in your .bat you use to start the server.
I know Hypixel has a server resource pack. It can be quite demanding to load depending on your computer and may cause Minecraft to become unresponsive for short amount of time. Have you tried waiting a minute or two without clicking anything?
My goodness that's alot of mods. I believe mod rejections usually occur when the mod is made for a different version of minecraft, or if they are incompatible with other mods.
The port you are trying to run your server on is already in use. If you have any other servers running, you'll need to change the port number in the server properties..
We are looking for a builder(s) to build a main spawn for us. We would like to find one quickly, but we need a good qualified builder. We wish to build a big, open, modern/near future city spawn; possibly built on floating islands. If you are interested, please pm me or post here. Be prepared to be asked for pics of your previous builds. Please be honest. We won't pick you just because you "built 100 spawns", etc. we are looking for quality, not quantity.

Alright. Are you running a Bungeecord server? In your port forwarding settings, make sure all the external start/end ports and internal start/end ports are set to: 25565. Also make sure that the protocol is set to both. You also need to add the internal Ip into your server's property file if you haven't already. When connecting, players need to add the port number after the external ip like so: 576.80.567.34:25565
The textures are definitely a lot more blurry. They also look to realistic to me for the default texture pack.... not a fan of the new obsidian at all.
Did you read the article? The 1.9.X updates are exactly that.
Yes, did you read my post? I read the article and I saw eight bug fixes/changes. And that's it. What I said was, Mojang should just work on fixing most of the bugs and then release an update that fixes pretty much everything. I'd rather wait a little longer for a bigger update than download about 4-6 different versions before everything is fixed :P.
I feel like Mojang is pushing out the updates way too often. They should have like, continued working on 1.9 until the majority of bugs were fixed (or just make one big bug squashing update that fixes everything they know about).
As a side-note, Does anyone else fell like 1.9 is more like a mod than vanilla minecraft?

If you think the problem is a corrupted save, the easiest way to check is by making a new wold save and testing that.

Yeah, you're right. My bad. I didn't take the time to read the post correctly.

The crash is because you are trying to run a mod made for a previous version.
What you need to do is run the vanilla minecraft version 1.10.2 once. Then you can install forge for that version.

Sorry for bumping the thread, but seeing how high it is ranking on google....
Minecraft 1.12+ requires the pack format in the pack.mcmeta to be set to 3 to be compatible.

Of course! I will send you a message.

Yeah, that works xD. It will never need that much, but you will never need to worry about the lag.
