I had this exact problem! What happened to me it turns out it's the first email you used to login into your Minecraft account on your console. Took a lot of different trys with old email addresses but finally found the one I used.
I bought this map and Everytime I make one it's extremely laggy it won't let you eat anything either. Not sure if anyone else had a problem with this map?
