I strongly suggest getting a mac or linux os to do this but windows work fine

If you want redstone and stuff like vanilla you could get mojang official bedrock vanilla software here

doesn't have plugins pure vanilla ubuntu and windows only

after that find someway to port forward the port like default 19132 if you want people that is not using your wifi play
