I'm Guessing it's an false positive. I downloaded from my website, I ran Microsoft security essentials. I got a malicious warning also. I ran malware bytes it said it was clean. I then extracted the ZIP File, and the extracted the EXE file to see in a malicious code was introduced to it. I have had my website hacked before. It does not appear to have any malicious code. I told Microsoft security essentials to remove it, to see what would happen it did not do anything. I downloaded it again rescanned it again, with every thing says it good.

It would be nice if someone else could download the Zip, (don't extract it) it and scan it to confirm that it has on virus, but it's a false positive.

    Thanks

I like using the InvEdit to add some basic stuff when I start playing a Hardcore mode. Like torches, Ax, Flint, and some TNT. All the basic survival tools you would have in real life :D

Ok, I've tried your links and get an error... I try the program from the other thread and get an error. anyone have a corrected versions for the newest snapshot? (14w27b)

I just check it July 14 2014 and it worked. It could be that the server was down.

    INVedit 2.0.1: Minecraft inventory editors

I thought that it might be better to tract this version on a different thread.

Code seems to be legit, did not check any additional files acquired during updating though.

Copyboy Made his code available as open source. I found it when I was trying to get INVedit to work with the newer version of Minecraft. Other people have tried making it work, but still had errors. When I found it on Github I notice that they fixed the issue. I was very surprised that no one else has made it available. Sky_Ninja99 work on the project and added a lot of the new items in minecraft by editing the text file, and created some of the new Icons (I'm Guessing of course) . But it still did not work. I just combine the work of sky_Ninja99 and and compiled the code that was Github. It' worked!!

I decided to create a separate post for INVedit 2.0.1 Here rather than leaving it, on this post .http://www.minecraft...entory-editors/ Since most may only read the first few post and decide find that the INVedit does not work wit the newer version of mine craft. Infact the code as been updated. I used it on both 1.7.5 and 1.7.9 version of Minecraft. I quote my self from a previous post below so as not to retype the same info.
Let me know how it works for you.

    You can down load here

I discoverd the scource code for INVedit on Github. It appears that the code has been fixed to work with the newer version of Minecraft. I compiled the code again is VC sharp. I have been able to used it with the newer version of minecraft. I tested on 1.7.5 and 1.7.9 and it worked fine.

I have combine the media and text file that Sky_Ninja99 has already complete. (downloaded from his dropbox link) We will have a INVedit that will have the new items for minecraft version 1.7+.

Here is the version I recompiled from Github down load here

It appears to work on 2 of my computers. let my know how it works for you.

Credits go to copyboy formost, sky_Ninja99, guys on Github that have been updating some of the source.
and me for combining the updating source code with Media text file from Sky_Ninja99. (Glad I did not have to do it ) but I played very very small part.

    Hope you all enjoy.

I love invedit. But it's frustrating to use. I had to open another program, save the dat file, then open it in invedit. So I gave this version a try and guess what.. it works! No opening it in another program. Kudos sir.

Thanks DarkNexxus for your feed back, I want to make sure this works on other peoples computer.
