and i'm on mc 1.7.10 latest this mod and the 1.7.10 minecraft version of tinker's construct, and pickaxes made by tinker's construct, do not function. i'd like to know what thier ID is so i can add them to this mod's tool list... which btw the config looks really nice... i suppose if it was "that easy" this mod owner likely would have already added compatability. or its reserved for latest version of minecraft.
You need to use the identifier for the item. For example a tinkers pickaxe would be "TConstruct:pickaxe". You should be able to get this information using F3 + H, then hovering over the item.
So... what am I doing wrong? I am trying to get all the different copper ores (All ores actually that have duplicate ores) in game to look like the same block to vein miner. I will be doing the same for the other ores such as tin and silver. And this is the config I got so far, which seems like it should work but does not. How is my formatting incorrect?
The problems with crashing when Gregtech is installed should be fixed. I just removed the Gregtech power system entirely. If somebody that knows gregtech can guide me to what is needed to support it again, I may add it back as a power type.
Hello Thank you for this amazing mod! I seem to be having an issue though and was looking for some help from anyone.
I have done my fair share of troubleshooting and just can't figure out how to solve my issue.
I am using veinminer 0.23.0 for 1.7.10 and have it ONLY installed on the server, I read that I was able to do that. But when clients connect to the server I believe that forge will not allow them to I seem to get this error. (screen shot). Is there a config or something I had to do? Any help would be great tyvm!^_^
I am actually thinking that the ability to be installed just on the server is broken. That is something I should fix.
Quote from tiwunojumpThe only way I have gotten ProjectRed pickaxes to work is if i set B:override.allBlocks=true, but then the mod mines huge chunks of smooth stone. Any chance this could be changed, either natively or via a config?
It seems to work fine. The projectred pickaxes are:
Is the MJ producer not being able to link directly to BuildCraft's quarry due to PowerConverters not knowing whether to use MJ or RF? I saw that as a problem for something else earlier in the thread.
The latest build should work. It should use RF producers/consumers for buildcraft, using the pipes/machines correctly.

No. I just don't get on here often. Try the latest version of Veinminer, the bug should be fixed.

Veinminer 0.28.1 fixes that.

Well, that is a little bit of a description. Better that just "Help it crashed". How about a crashlog (in spoiler tags)?

Also, I have put it on curse: http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/229499-powerconverters-portablejims-fork . It would be nice if you could download from there instead of from my jenkins.

It seems to work fine. The projectred pickaxes are:
ProjRed|Exploration:projectred.exploration.pickaxeruby
ProjRed|Exploration:projectred.exploration.pickaxesapphire
ProjRed|Exploration:projectred.exploration.pickaxeperidot
Which may be tricky because it includes a vertical bar. They can be entered by the chat.
