posted a message on Reliable app to use ipad as microphone?
    Quote from damo333333

Try really hard. Then throw a away your iPad (which cost 600$) and buy something which costs 50$ It ain't rocket science. When I say throw away I mean don't use it. iPad are for crying on there (beepiness) and not for using. I recommend something which older people use like android. NOT WIN8

2 things, ONE, the reason it sounded good is because LITERALLY your friend was making you sound better by chatting to you on a PC, and TWO. If your friend has a microphone why not use his?

    I would if I could... but I can't....

posted a message on Could this computer run Battlefield pretty well?
    This thread in a nutshell:

    OP: "I want advice"
    Everyone: *gives advice*
    OP: *ignores advice*
    OP: *asks for moreadvice*
    Everyone: *gives more advice*
    OP: *ignores advice*
OP: "I don't like your advice"
    OP: *asks for more advice*

    Rinse, and Repeat.

Is there any PARTICULAR reason that you CANNOT and WILL NOT build a computer (or get someone to do it for you)?

posted a message on Turtle Beach Headset Mic Not Working?
    Quote from InfoTeddy

Can’t believe the stupidity. They don’t buy the product. This is why forum support is so stupid. I ran into the exact problem bef—oh what? Oh, I was just saying nothing, hehheh.

Plug the little one plug from the headphones FULLY into the one plug for the headphones on the adapter. Also, for the other guys that replied, BUY THE PRODUCT YOURSELF AND TEST AND THEN MESS AROUND WITH IT. Key to successful support, and that should be a proverb.

Also to the OP: Make sure it doesn’t break and don’t drop it randomly. That’s what happened to my Turtle Beaches. I still want to replace it, even though I found a solution around it.
SonicFruit makes it clear he does have the adapter, when he says “one plug”.

I thought it was quite obvious when he said that. He means there is only 1 JACK on the headphones. He does not mean the plug on the adapter when he says "one plug". Just because someone posts a question in the forums doesn't make them stupid (usually). Clearly, if he is referencing that he does indeed have the adapter, then he would have followed the instructions above, and would just plug in the microphone jack into the microphone port, and the headphone jack into the headphone port.

    Quote from SlamDrag

I'm through with this section. It's not the 12 year olds giving bad advice that's the problem, it's the regulars who act so arrogant and tell people to shut up when they make a mistake and don't try to help at all.

You guys all suck. You are not fit to give advice, if you cannot take advice.

I'm not saying that some regulars (including myself, well, former regular) haven't been arrogant.
But what I am saying is this:

    1. Its is the people who give bad advice who are the problem.
Not that they are the entire source, but they do cause quite a ruckus

    2. People try to help.
Look at people like teckmaster, Christoi, SeaWry, Jacobdb, and many other regulars (that still post).
They aren't here to bash, flame, or hate.
You may think that, but they aren't.
They are here to help, and if you don't like their advice, too bad, because they are helping, not that you like it though.

    3. You.
You sir, are quite arrogant yourself. Especially for someone who hasn't exactly has experience in SCT Forums.
Or in PC building in general, as you have admitted yourself.
"You are not fit to give advice, if you cannot take advice"
    Said by yourself.

And, also, if you truly want to be educated, then read the General Computer Building Guide :)
That is my advice, to you, and I infact, have told you how to correct your mistake.

Get the cheapest version of the Alienware x51. Contrary to popular belief, it's actually a VERY good computer. I have the i5 version and it runs any game at 60+ fps on maximum graphics with ZERO lag.
I'm not sure if the i3 version will be able to run the games on maximum graphics without some lag but it'll be goddamn close. It's only £549 too.
That is, if you fail to find a better custom made PC.

Contrary to your belief, Alienware is crap.

One of my friends have these computers. He has the i7. He tells me it is a pretty great computer if you do A LOT of pc gaming. It runs at about 60-100 FPS on far and with optifine on probably 90-140. But they are really pricey. I have been looking at this computer alot too

    Well, stop looking at it.

    Quote from Star Player

No, I'm actually pretty sure that I'll be able to run Minecraft without any problems. Plus, the link I posted was just the amazon link; I'm getting the laptop elsewhere for about $450.

Never, ever, ever, ever post computer related questions in the regular forum... there are soooo many ignorant people there who think that are smart. Basically, they will waste all your money.
