Never mind just found part that said about bugs.
try: A: making it use 8 iron and 1 diamond. 1 iron is waaay to cheap to make diamond tools that last longer. B: add other rdiamond tools and armor. Especially armor.

Heres how it goes, put iron and diamond anywhere on a workbench and it makes a rDiamond. Surround an ingot with smooth stone to get the ore.
