The way servers were before the introduction of minigame hubs, multiserver networks, and the overloading of plugins. At BlueArchMC the basis of the server is to have a community and to play together, without the risk of grief or raiding.

- well I'm in high school I play Minecraft as much as I can when I'm at school or doing homework.
Why do you want to be an admin?
- I love playing on servers and helping people out. I been staff many times in the 5 years I've played, so I'm experience and have a lot of fun being staff.
How much/often are you available to play if you should be an admin?
- as often as I can, nearly everyday

What makes you so perfect of becoming an admin?
- well I'm experienced, like I said. I'm friendly and love to help people. I understand the rules and responsibilities of being a staff. I've made some friends on this server, so people like me here, and I think they would like me as a staff. The best example I can use of me being a good staff is when I applied for mod on a server a year or so ago, the guy really liked what I was doing as a staff and promoted me to admin, then head- admin and so on and eventually I owned the server with him. It was the best staff experience I got because I got to be an owner on a server, just by starting off as a member. I know I can be the perfect admin your server because I know what I'm doing as a staff, I'm a good and experienced staff, and I can be on as much as possible helping everyone out.
What is your negative side when it comes to Minecraft?
-my negative side of the game is PvP. other than that, I'm a good builder, and I know everything about the game.
If someone asks you for items? What should you do?
- from my staff experience, I know I'm not allowed to give players items from creative inventory, if someone asks for items I would tell them I cannot give it to them. unless its sothing I earned in survival mode, that I would give them even if I wasn't staff.
If you want to do something, but you're not sure if you're allowed to. What do you do?
-I would either just not do it to be safe, or ask another staff or the owner about it.
What can you provide to the server?
- I can provide support and a responsible, friendly staff to help out members, and any other staff that may need my help. I can be on as much as I can, to help out new members and always welcome them, and answer their questions
Are you able to speak English so people can understand what you say?
- yes
There is a young boy on the server, He is spamming, being disrespectful, and threatening to DDOS the server. what do you do?
-well id tell him to stop, and give him a few warnings, then kick or ban him .
There is an Equal staff member that is abusing his power as a staff member and never does anything to help the server, what do you do?
- I would talk to the owner about what he's doing and how he should be demoted. if he was kicking me or if I thought he was going to ban me or other players, I would ban him until a higher staff or owner got on so they can decide if they want him demoted or banned.
There is a Lower staff member abusing his power, muting/kicking and greeting players, what do you do?
- kick/ban if I really had to, but also talk with the owner before I did anything permanent. I would explain to him that he cant be doing that if he wanted to keep his rank.
Would you be willing to advertise for this server?
-yea of course, I already got some new players on and posted about the server on Minecraft forums.
Would you be able to diffuse a situation between a moderator and a player when the player is at fault? If the Moderator is at fault? How would you do so?
-if the player was at fault, I would talk to him and kick/ban if necessary, if it was the moderator, I would tell him to stop and talk to another staff. either way, ask the players to stop arguing or fix the situation if possible.
Would you be able to diffuse a situation between two players? How would you do so?
- I would talk to them both, and if one was bullying the other, id kick/mute if I needed to. if they were just arguing over something pointless, I might tell them to stop or mute them both if it was annoying other members. if on killed another and the were fighting over it, I would tell the other plyer to give them their stuff back.
Finally, would you be able to diffuse a situation between two staff members(Mod/admin or Mod/(Semi)Mod)? How would you do so?
same thing, talk to them and try to stop it. mute them if I had to. if one was being very mean to the other I might kick them. and talk to an owner if it was an increasing issue that I couldn't stop.

With a few well oriented and respectful staff members, we will create the best server possible, while still keeping the game-play uncluttered. Using GriefProtection, it allows us to create a server where players claim land, but anywhere else is free game. This style of gameplay is both fun and interesting.
