I'm looking for a small server where I can build with other people and occasionally make some videos. I'm pretty experienced with the mods of Mindcrack pack. Right now Im building a fully selfsustaining powerplant.
Sep 27, 2012This is my own minecart based banking system. You have unlimited number of accounts with each of them havin 4 minecart slots (for chest minecarts). Each account can be called using the right four digit combination.Posted in: Redstone Creations
This is only my second video in english so just try to get the main idea from it. Don't be a grammar nazi.

Nice job but you can definately speed up the pistons abit
I could but this is the most bug-free version I was able to make so pistons are slow because faster pistons break the sand
also thanks for your support and I'll now make english version of all my new redstone videos
Jul 4, 2012This redstone mashine takes a fully grown tree (tested with oaks but should work with all) and harvests all of the wood. The wood can than be processed how ever you wish. You can send it to a storage cube, burn it or use it for autobuilding (like self-building cobblestone bridge but only with wood). It's not automatic because you have to plant the tree but all rest is done automatically.Posted in: Redstone Creations
Please note that this is my first english video and I'm not a native speaker so be considerate. Also I was really nervous making this so sorry for all that stuttering.
!!!It's not my own idea. I just made this design, optimized it and debugged it!!!

I still can't fix the problem
when I run it in Eclipse it goes just fine but when I try it in normal minecraft it doesen't work
it doesent write any bug reports it just starts and then it stops responding and I must close it using task manager
Apr 5, 2012Here is my latest creation. It's a SMP two player trading system. All you need to know is in video below so enjoy it and please rate it. I spent whole day recording, searching for good CC-BY music and making those subtitles. (Also sorry for any mistakes english is not my native language)Posted in: Redstone Discussion and Mechanisms
Apr 4, 2012Hello everyone and welcome to homepage of my current and future mods and APIs. I'm not experienced Java programmer but I want to learn and I'll poste results of my work here.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
SettingsAPI is my first project. It's a simple one class API that reads given file line by line and retrieves array of strings after each "=" and ignores all lines starting with "#".
For example file
#Category1 item1=value1 item2=value2
 "value1" "value2"
You can compile it along with your mod or send people to my thread to download it. It's your choice. But be sure to give me credit.
It's only one class with no link to other Minecraft classes so it should be compatible with all versions of Minecraft. But just to be safe everytime you update your mod using this API look here if you use the newest version.
Just import this class and use method "readSettings(String path, int lines)" where path is path to the settings file and lines is number of propeties you want to load (lines of settings file without comments).
v1.2(18:48 6.5. 2012):commented methods getProperty and readSettingsLine (couldn't repair a bug) but they are still in the sources so you can try repair them yourself
v1.1(0:02 5.4.2012 CET): 2 new methods (getProperty and readSettingsLine) and fixed major bug (missing "i++;")
v1.0 (23:30 4.4. 2012 CET): initial release

v1.0 - http://www.mediafire...4zwmmg2pj9if4eg
Carpets mod (Comming soon):
I don't know why but the mod works perfectly in Eclipse but when I reobfuscate it and put it into normal MC it doesn't work.
This mod adds flat wool-like blocks. They are in all colours that normal wool has.
The carpet blocks need supporting block below them.
1) S = string
###SSS => White CarpetSSS2) W = wool (any color)
###### => Carpet same colour as the used woolWWWYou can also change colour of any carpet with dyes same way as you can colour wools.
(Images comming soon)
This mod requires ModLoader 1.2.5 and it uses my SettingsApi (included inside).
1) Install ModLoader
2) Copy .zip archive from JAR floder to %appdata%/.minecraft/mods
3) Copy files from .minecraft FLODER to %appdata%/.minecraft/
4) If you use any other mod adding block with ID 190 change carpet block ID in %appdata%/.minecraft/pilif0/properties.cfg
v1.0 - initial release (all colour of wool)
v1.0 - testing now (download in a while)
Please report any bugs or ideas what to make (not anythis too hard I'm still a begginer).
Oct 22, 2011"Moving" does not mean that you walk around with inventory or riding minecart with chest. Data for items in chests etc. are stored in specific block (in their code named TileBlockEntity). But if minecart or player or anything like them moves it isnt stored in block where they are.Posted in: Redstone Discussion and Mechanisms

Did not know that, did some experimenting but now ran into a new problem :sad.gif: This definitely makes it feel more fluid (no annoying pistons, just unpowered rails make it come to a complete stop) the problem now though is that I place a button next to the unpowered rails that I stop on and hit it, it lights up and powers the rails but the cart stays in place. I have to get out and physically push it in the right direction some to get it going (and that's only if I make them go downhill, if it's a straight line and I just push it it still doesn't go anywhere). Any way around this problem?
Make there a slope. Booster rails don't push you, they BOOST you. If you have zero speed they can't boost. They multiply your speed by some number. The slope gives you the starting momentum for rail to boost.

So I'm relatively new to redstone use and have been trying to learn new tricks. I want to create a subway system that has stops along the way, I thought of a system I thought was relatively simple but it seems more complicated than originally anticipated.
I figured that once you reach a 'stop' you could have a detector rail set off a piston a short distance away which would stop a speeding minecart in its tracks (pun intended) at that point, you could have the spot on which the minecart was sitting be a powered rail so that if you decided to continue forward, you could just hit the button and keep going. What I assumed was a simple procedure hasn't worked out as such, the biggest issue I'm having is that as soon as the sticky piston pushes the block onto the tracks, not surprisingly, it breaks off the piece of track under it. How does one avoid that and/or is there another way to just make a minecart come to a complete stop and then start without having to replace tracks? (the foremost way that comes to mind is to create a small hill with powered rails and a button so that it would stop naturally and if I wanted to continue to just hit the button, but I figure there must be a way to stop it on a flat plane with pistons, no?)
Just try pushing rail and not the block under it.
Sep 18, 2011I made a t flip-flop myself when i was starting with RS and didn't tell it anybody. Now i make RS tutorials in my native language, have around 55 subscribers after one month and right now i'm making a 32x20 160 pixel piston display with piston based memory. Yesterday I didn't know what PBM is. And only for fun not for money like you.Posted in: Redstone Discussion and Mechanisms

Didn't Notch fix that in 1.7 or something?
No he added this in 1.6. Beds are supposed to explode in nether.
