Say you're standing on a stack of 3 blocks. In vanilla minecraft, you can't reach to the bottom; but with this, you can.

Did you enable it? Remember you have to press 'O' on your keyboard to toggle it on and off. On the other hand, if you tried it in singleplayer, it won't work - It's only for multiplayer.
