You may upgrade your disk space at any time, just submit a ticket to sales. We don't do separate ram upgrades though, unless you need 32GB of ram. Your server has unlimited bandwidth, so you won't need more

Second, the panel is only showing package upgrades (like Redstone to Diamond). Is it possible to only purchase more memory, disk space, or even bandwidth?

no u misunderstand me, Im asking if there was a reason to ban me. I was being abbused by another player. Surely the mods should ask me what was going on. atleast say" if u carry on with this atitude u will get banned" or " what is going on, do u need some help?" Instead.... poof! baned!

Tell me something, how carefully did you read the signs at spawn? You could have submitted a mod request to get help, you would have known you couldn't be killed by players, or you could have asked for help in /help. All if this is clearly laid out in spawn for your help.
Instead, you complained in global chat about reasons why you shouldn't play here. Now, you can't.

it says cannot resolve host name for me, so i cannot connect i am afraid i'm making a newb mistake i just put *Tekkit.beyondminecraft.net* in the server address.

In the future we might have a separate ip for factions, but not at this time.

Try running the tekkit client again. Sometimes it doesn't quite patch all the way and that's why you see that error.
