M1/2 is just a quickly put together test to show off the bloom effect, it's not meant to be your everyday set of shaders.
The best you can do is copy and paste the water files from a previous release, but it will look pretty crappy like v08

Was just trying m1 out and this came up. Bloom is looking good, Can't wait for an official release! (Probably won't be for a while, seeing these are just tests)
I've tried putting older water files into newer ones and it never turns out well I'll just wait for another official release

In M2, lava and bloom work fine, but the water shader seems to be gone, matter of fact, you can't see any water?!
I have a Core i5 @3.2Ghz, and a GeForce GTX 660 2Gb, Running Windows 7. if any more specs are needed just ask!

V1.0: Initial Release, Released May 19, 2013. Just Steve Rig With Facial rig too. V1.2: Added more subsurface to arms and legs for smoother animating, added simple IK rigging to legs.
NOTE: The method used for animating the face is with shape-keys. To access these, go to the dopesheet, change the layout to Shape-Key editor, and they should be on the left of the dopesheet!

That's about as much I can gather.
Intel Graphics. GLSL Shaders don't work well with them

The only people in the world with Windows 7 Ultimate have hacked copies, I doubt even Bill Gates had a copy
Your minecraft/SEUS/Karyonix versions seem ok, I'm assuming your graphics drivers are up to date.
Your card is a bit old, there's a possibility that it does things slightly differently to more modern cards.
Try turning off/down any graphical option in minecraft and see if that makes any difference, if it does, turn things back on until you get the error again.
If that doesn't work then try updating your java to Java 7 update 17.
I don't think it'll make a difference but its worth a try.

On Sonic Ether's Facebook page he's already stated that even for him rc7 has been quite laggy. Hes been posting around about less handles and stuff so RC8 will be less laggy.
