the only good feature of this update is the FOV option lol, can not stand playing with a low FOV, otherwise this update is by far the worse one yet they ever put out. its just too laggy and to much micro DLC.

just watched the game play for this version and its like 25-30fps with a lower view distance then vita and loads slower. but i really want to try it, (gives me something to play on my 3ds) but solo only, awful view and chunk loading, the super low mob cap, (which affects mob farming in dungeons), and 240p ouch. but those bigger worlds sound so much better then the what 856 by 856 of vita version.

Not people, but companies. A good company is greedy by nature because it'd fail if it weren't; that's just how finance works. No matter how honest the people at the top, the company or business is a different creature entirely with countless checks, approvals and cycles. Pricing matters go through the company and, for the most part, no single executive or CEO can change the figure that comes out the other side.
lots of people out there are greedy. and no unless mojang comes out and says that 30 $ is what it would be at a break even cost, we can assume they are ripping you off, for little content yet with the price tag of the consoles (if not more) -

Well they had put in the effort to code the new game specifically for the 3DS platform and they can hardly expect it to be one of their more popular versions. Lots of work + small, predicted playerbase = steep price to make up the difference. They wouldn't charge so much if they didn't need to.
or people are just greedy and want as much money as they can get. -

minecraft you have disappointed me, (see what i did there it brings back the infamous 1.8 thread)
as i mainly play minecraft on Xbox one, but i refuse to play the better together update, but this game has gone so much down hill, from where i started (beta) to what it is now, its really disappointing, from a survival game to some random RPG really.

i like the idea.
how ever i have a few things i would like to say about it.
1. they should attack chickens (like wolves attack sheep) just to add to add more depth to them.
2. next about the fur, as foxes are fur bearing animals, it would be cool if you could trade the fur with villagers as another in-game trading item. (making the reward either taming them for a pet or getting the fur for trading purposes) heck you could even add different values to each fox fur such as the red fox is worth more then a gray and the arctic is worth more then a red fox.
just my thought on the subject, other wise support.

pretty much its its own version made just for the new 3ds (not console based like the others such as the vita, switch or xbox)

maybe hundreds to even thousands of dungeons. been playing since 2011, not as much anymore but back in 2011-2013 i was addicted to finding and farming dungeons, man the glacier seed was so awesome back then with like 15 dungeons around spawn (made many worlds of that seed lol)

takes time and resources to add new items, i much rather have a new mob or dungeon type thing instead of a block IMO.

why in Canada anything that shoots over 500 fps needs a fire arms licence. now am i have no problem keeping guns out of idiots hands, but why is an air rifle in .177 that shoots say 501 fps considered a firearm by law (and needs a licence) yet a cross bow (which is a legal hunting weapon here) its not a fire arm and does need a license as it shoots under 500 fps. (yet can take down say a bear, wild hog or even a moose), same with bows which can take down all the mentioned animals yet does not need a licence to get one, (i have a bow its #25lb so no hunting with it as its too weak).

went fishing a few days ago up, caught 3 rainbow trout, and that was it. went for walleye, pike and perch and caught nothing. then went for trout and caught 3 on the fly rod, plan on going back to do some fishing in the next few days.

i like to eat beef as well,
and for some reason i want to raise a cow, or more so get a beef steer, its not that i can't its more that there just really expensive, (last time i check there close to 1500$ can)

i don't see anything wrong with M rated games, i played them before i was 17 and am fine they never affected me. you do know that people have different tastes then you. for example you noted that you dislike mature games, take me for example who enjoys the odd zombie game in a while. (love me some call of duty zombies, doc neds zombie island, Left 4 dead 1 and 2, killing floor 1 and 2) there all rated M. going on a bit of a rant here.
but am going to say it, but who are you to decide what other people get to play? my friend loves racing games and messing around in open world games (GTA for example) me i don't, (to be honest i think grand theft auto is boring) but i enjoy borderlands 2 where he thinks its boring lands 2. people have different tastes you know. maybe you dislike M rated games, i may like some M rated games, i have nothing against you. and for the company, sorry to say but M rated games sell (unless your pokemon then you can just rehash the same thing and sell and sell again) and where are your stats, right now the best rated game of all time is zelda ocarina of time, (which is rated what E 10 or teen) i played it, i think its a great game not the best game of all time. but still great. breath of the wild is said to be one of the best games of all time (rated T)
sorry to rant.
but this is coming from a guy who thinks the best games i have played are either super metroid (which i should note is like 8 years older them me) or borderlands 2.
