One, I fear people stealing blocks of code and then turning around and claiming I stole from them.
Two, because I am new to Java and use some highly nonstandard approaches to things (and do not follow general formatting conventions half the time), I fear a lot of "YOU SUCK AT CODING LEARN TO JAVA PROPERLY IDIOT"-style comments. In my experience, a lot of "big-time" modders are like that to anyone new who makes even a minor mistake.
if someone hates your messy code they can refactor it themselves. your first worry is what prevents me from open sourcing many things I do. At the same time I have never heard of this happening to anyone.
Saw this on reddit, looks absolutely great and the best part is most of the ideas haven't been done by any mod. Do you plan on releasing for 1.4x or 1.5 (basically have you started porting it yet). And this mod is more complete than many mods which are released. Whats stopping you from releasing it?
Huh, that's actually something I hadn't considered. I'll schedule it for a future release, 2.2 probably. What would be useful?
I think we can already detect if the internal tank is full (not positive). But heres what I think would be useful: Energy Full, Is Idle, Has Resources. That pretty much covers each bar in the gui.
Liquid XP looks promising as all hell. One thing though, can you put the liquids on its own sheet so that it does not have to be scaled up to 128x which causes major lag. (All major mods do this, railcraft, forestry..) Thanks!
If you are using multiple minecraft instances on one computer, one as the camera and another as the player you can use f3+P to tab out of the game without it pausing.

is it just me? or does the soul forge texture never change? Even when you are making a shard.Odd it seems it was just that world.Also it'd be nice if the top texture oriented when placed with the side texture.
And could you not put the textures in the top level directory? Thanks
Btw I make sphax textures for soul shards.
