    The blocks it is made of. I want to add more blocks so that those who like using the textures of their resource pack can use it for decoration. Not sure though. As for an alloy furnace, perhaps I shall look into a way to double ores much like tinkers construct. Then, I can use the ore dictionary and make it possible to smelt all the different copper ores into just one type of copper. We shall see though

    And I was talking about the sword sprite when I said 'tame', I haven't installed the mod itself, just peeked at the sprites. Don't get me wrong, I love the minimalist default look (no sarcasm intended, I really do love that sword sprite) but I just feel for a sword that is supposed all-powerful, lusted after by thieves and created by the world's best vengeful blacksmith, it should look a bit more that an iron sword. Just my opinion!

    That said, I enjoy treasure hunting for relics and if your mod can deliver, I'll be your best customer. :)


    I'm glad you like the idea. For some reason, YouTube is having issues. I'm trying to fix it but you know how it can be. As for the sprites, yeah I'm not a very good artist. Those are definitely not the final products. Right now I'm working on rendering the sword stone with a better 3d renderer. It's very complicated and will take some time but when it's done I may put a custom renderer and animations on the sword.

    I'm actually working on a config option to add in the id of the blocks. May or may not do it but mod integration is not something i'm really looking into. I like the idea though

    If I were you, this is how I would go about this. First create an event handler. Go to the forge event page, just google it, and it should have a list of events. I believe one event is when the player breaks the block, when that happens use the forge event to check if the player is currently holding you tool and then see if there is a way to cancel the drop. The way people code an auto smelting pickaxe is by doing this, they check if the block they break is an ore, then change what it drops if you are holding their pick. If you have more questions, go over to my website, pauljoda.com, and see if you can look into my source code for mob tools. I have an event handler for that mod and it may help you with events. You can use the contact me tab there as well if you have any questions. I hope you find what you are looking for and if you have any questions let me know. I know it can be tough and just having someone point you in the right direction can make a huge difference
