    it means: player cant crouch while new bs+papi installed,

    and i cant change BS version because many packs have papi installed default (server side), and old bs release not work with new papi =/

    i quickly realized that COG and BOG (Geocraft) not compatible with ubc

    (as with any mc mods that introducing cutomization in one direction he-he :( :( )

    so i recommend WTFores (special for UBC)

    mmm yea forge not support bukkit/spigot permission system - its bad, but people find another way - its item permission system


    how its work:


    1 ban item with mtweaker (or another tool) - delete recipe and nei.hide


    2 give item for donators -


    - trade blocks with private/protection (near spawn for example) ( many mods provide trade blocks like ic2 and others..)

    - command block and button ( /give.. )


    so

    cw84 just write to allowing list tool only donator tool ( giving from above ways^) and delete all another tools from list and enjoy

    tools and blocks looks good as for vanilla pickaxes and vanilla coal

    but pay attention to general cfg, with this setting (true-false) you can harvest all blocks with any thing in hand,

    WITHOUT necessity to properly configue tool and blocks

    idk about your opposite false-true combo, but its works for me, its works for all on crundeecraft:

    # Mine all blocks with all registered tools that can harvest blocks.
    B:override.allBlocks=true

    # Allow all tools, including the open hand, to be used to mine blocks.
    B:override.allTools=false


    and i recommend decrease blockamount to 100 instead 15000 + small blockradius ,

    because 15000 call crash computer i think :)

    modular systems good mod and he is in excellent MYM GalacticScience pack but i know not people who played without invTweaks, early in 2014 i delete lovely mods as infinvo and dualhotbar because they were not compatible with invtweaks =(
    today infinvo have good compatiblitiy with invtweaks and i can enjoy them

    yea you right, i cant imagine mc without main chains: invTweaks+ae2/logisticspipes craftterminal+NEI+shift+?
    and for early stage game: tinkers craft table+vanilla chest+NEI+shift+?

    As far as the Lon Pickaxe, it came up when I added it to the config so I assume that I got the name right. But I'm fine if that doesn't work, I know others like my obsidian axe do work with veinminer but they still don't clear out the entire vein.


    I'm thinking there is a bug and that the real distance is not taken from the config but maybe somewhere else, other wise as you said, 15000 blocks should be more than enough to clear out one vein.



    i still think you doing something wrong
    can you upload general and toolsblocks cfgs to pastebin?
    and try play with 30.67 latest version
