So, I've been using this mod for a long time, and there is one thing I have yet to be able to figure out. I want to build a ship with water on it. I removed water from the not-allowed-on-ship list in the config file, but when ever I start up the ship, the water flows directly through it (just like rain/snow does) Is there any way to change this. Or do things flow through it because it has to exit "The Grid" (I know it's hard to understand the way I am saying it) in order to be able to turn at any angle, and rise to any height in between blocks?

Backstory (1-2 LONG paragraphs): Dunstil Grew up on a farm out in the wastelands. They didn't sell much of there goods and kept mostly to themselves, except for talking and trading with the Syths and the Goldmans. The three families grew very close, and as for trading it was more giving the other what they needed at the time. Being in almost constant contact with the Syths and Goldmans Dunstil grew up knowing Arron and Zach very closely. They always dreamed of getting out of this place, and going exploring. After growing to age of about 18 they went off, they ended up doing jobs for peopl.
Dunstil and his friends (Zachary and Arron) created a sort of mercenary group, they did jobs for anyone who would pay, but usually NCR. Eventually they were given a job to smoke out an enemy base...
"Ok, so whats the plan"asked Dunstil
-"We move in here, after Zach throws in a noise grenade into the other side." Said Arron
--"Alright, After that I meet up with you guys at the front, then we move in" Said Zachary
"Lets Go"
The plan went off without a hitch, until Zach was moving across the base to our side, the Enemy was expecting us! They shot at Zach, two hit his shoulder, but he managed to keep running. Arron and I thought he was simply slow and went in without him. After a bit of scouting we noticed they were waiting for us. We went back outside and saw Zach limping over to the entrance. He called out that they knew we were coming. Our group got out of there as fast as we could. After this ordeal We all went our separate ways I went into a merchant career, owning a shop in NCR. I think Arron went into contract killing, and I haven't heard much from Zach, but I know he is somewhere near NCR.
(this story intertwines with Mattaur(Zach) and WhiteBlades (Arron) as we all joined togather.

RP example: (using the one for the vault) (at 5 years old) Dunstil had only ever lived in the vault, but he had heard stories from the old ones, they told of a big orange ball in the sky, like what he plays with in the vault, that lights the whole wide world. He didn't think a ball could be that big. Life in the vault wasn't that bad, as the old ones always said it was, they had: food, beds, and even electricity on he good days. The old ones were always talking about wanting to lie on the cool, wet grass one more time. Dunstil, having only felt the cold, hard floor of the vault, wondered what this grass was, and why they would want to lie on it. From what he heard, from the old ones, was that is was soft, and had these little things they called 'grass hoppers' in it. Dunstil thought they were making it up, they had only heard stories of it anyway, but he wanted to see it. One faithful say his mother came to him in tears. "Its over, its finally over!" she yelled Dunstil didn't know what was going on, so he was frightened. "What is over?" he wondered. His mother came to him and picked him up, saying "I love you Dunstil, I love you" Then started walking towards the gate. Dunstil had never seen the gate opened, but he had heard there were monsters out there, he was scared. "Mommy, where are we going?" he asked. "Out" was all she said.
Dunstil had never seen the outside, but it seemed wonderful. He immediately began running...running and running and running. Until finally he felt pain. From years of being only inside he had extremely pale skin, and within a couple minutes it was burning. He heard the elders talking about settling, and farming, but he didn't care. He saw nothing but endless 'grass'. But what he thought was grass was severely irradiated soil. 19 years later he is living in the settlement, he is a community leader, but then they came. Talking about a new republic, a new world! Dunstil has never been able to hold his curiosity inside, he left with them. He now resides in California, doing his best to live. This is where we are now, and Dunstil wonders where his adventures will take him
Bio: Dunstil as a boy, was always interested in bows, they launched things in arcs are still hit things head on! He begged his mother at every chance he got for a bow and some arrows. One day he finally received them. He practiced every day on the trees. After a while he could hit any mark he wanted on the tree, so he started aiming at moving targets. He used cut pieces of wood, thrown in the air by a friend, for target practice. When he was 16, his mother was executed by the CoG. They said it was because of the time he had shot an arrow, and hit his friend throwing the pieces of wood in the air. He then found out that him owning that weapon was illegal, and him using it violated even more laws. As he was a minor and was given it by his mother, she was executed. Dunstil fled the city, in a need for money he tried to join the concordium, living a life of crime. Slowly his hatred of the CoG faded, but never fully disappeared. He now works both with and against the CoG.
