I don't want creepers. Period. I hate them very much. I am not playing on a server, just me, by myself, offline. I do not want to remove the explosion effect from them. I want to DELETE the mob from the game entirely. Would removing the file in the mob folder in my .jar do the trick? Or would there need to be more work than that?
Okay, i see. your problem is with the order of folders. each pack should have it's own folder inside the resource pack folder in .minecraft. The pack folder(s) need to be in windows file folder form, or .zip format. so, it should be:
don't forget that there needs to be a pack.mcmeta file inside the folder of the pack.
I'm a little confused :/ Do you think you could like break it down to VERY simple terms, or direct me to a tutorial somewhere? Wouldn't really know what to search to find one.
Hello!
Today I would like to introduce to you, the first official map I have made! It is a nice and fun, yet simple, parkour map for you and your friends to enjoy.
Although it is relatively small, I hope you still have fun! The map is fairly easy, recommended for beginner to intermediate level Minecraft parkour enthusiasts.
If you are just getting into parkour with Minecraft, then I would highly recommend this as a great starting map.
Combined with brilliant Super Mario textures (with the texture pack) and well thought out construction,
this map is sure to bring fun to the table, but I'll let you be the judge of that
As stated before, this map is rather small and would only take you approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
In order to enjoy this map to the fullest, well, to enjoy it at all really, the Mariocraft all-stars texture pack is required.
You can find the texture pack here: http://www.planetmin...mariocraft-124/
This is not entirely a new bug with the 1.7 update, I have had this issue since like 1.5 something. But here is the problem. I download a texture pack or two, slap the .rar archive right on that ther resource pack folder, launch the game, check to see if the pack is on the list of my available textures,....not there. Tried extracting each pack to a single folder (maybe it would work when its not in an archive?),.....nope. Still, minecraft does not recognize that there are any new texture packs in the folder. I know for a fact that the problem isn't that the texture packs aren't updated to the game version, because I have been using like 5 different other packs that from like 1.4 and earlier and they work just fine with all versions of the game. But for some reason it won't let me throw in any more texture packs. It just simply doesn't recognize that they are there. Anybody have any solutions?
sorry if this is the wrong thread but I didnt see any better place to post.
I open my options and my render distance says far. I click it and it changes to normal but I can only switch between normal and far. When I click resume it just changes it back to far. Why is this happening?
Im making a single player survival mode map and I was wondering if there is any possibility to change your spawn point? I know you can do it with a bed, but I dont want a random bed in my map because I need to be able to spawn in the exact same place every time the map is loaded. I need that because I plan on putting my map up for downloads and what not, and my map is like a single house that is like a puzzle or trick house. So I need the players and myself to be able to spawn in the same spot so that they can properly follow the challenges of the house in order. I dont really want to use mods, but if thats the only way I'll do it. And sorry if this is in the wrong section, I couldn't really decide where it would be most appropriate. Thanks for helping me if anybody can.

Once again, the texture pack is required for this map!
