My belief is that Minecraft is moving along perfectly. Don't need reality. Just walk down any city street for that.

I was one of the original Beta Testers for Minecraft. I still play it and love tunneling underground, finding mines, lava, water and gemstones. I have been playing since 2011 and am 66 years old.

Hi. I was one of the original beta testers and have been updating when possible and I have all good things to say about the current game and forums. Nothing is dead and I don't expect any death soon.

I'm a little old, but Minecraft is not old for me. I'm 65 years old and one of the original Beta testers. I believe Minecraft will be around for a while yet.

I use optifine for 1.8 and my fps went from 0-5 to 62. Good stuff.

I started playing Minecraft with 1.73 beta. I am 64 years old and have enjoyed Minecraft over the years. I think I have adapted really well to the changes and I will keep adapting. I view some of the changes with my tongue sticking out, but I try all the changes.

Ah. 2011 for me. I was scared to do anything. I was scared of everything. Thought I was downtown when I got my first diamond to the surface.

As long as mobs are smarter than ice cubes I am ok with the AI.

It might help if you took a break from Minecraft after reading this post and ponder for a month. There are also an unlimited ideas to do with Redstone.
