Useless? Trolls can use these to remove oceans in minutes! Thats the issue with having the block.
How can they? My suggestion is to make them underwater. Is it because you think that sponge blocks drain water? They actually don't drain water at all.
Today have a good time reading this suggestion! Yes, I am suggesting something for village warriors! Wait! This isn't about villagers being the warriors - it is the iron golems! Yes, they already spawn in villages but have you ever wished that they could spawn more often? That you could protect that small cute village from the undead hands? Well now I am suggesting for golems to be more common! What am I suggesting? Here it is:
Golems will now spawn in All villages. Too OP, you may say. So now there is a twist - Golems wouldn't spawn after being killed in the village. This would make iron farms be destroyed from being used too much. Golems would still be neutral and have same damage. Also, when golems that spawn from villages get killed they will also drop vines.

Oh yes, I've seen that FIRE THEM thread. As much as I know Minecraft is meant for kids in a sense, I think that the kids that complain should learn patience more than anything, give them a reality where not everything happens in an instant. Maybe then they might understand more how hard it is for the developers to implement all of these features into the game.
It does take a while for the devs to make them, after all they have other things on their hands too.
Perhaps they could be like cobwebs and be broken using only silk-touch shears. This would make them more valuable. The spawn rate should be low, like 1-2 per ocean.
I think they should be more common, and shears themselves can be fine. Since they are useless there is no need to make them valuable.
I can not imagine that something illegal in some countries could be added to minecraft. Graffiti is most times ugly, as well as common in the real world. No Support.
