posted a message on Notch and Herobrinein Sky Lands and Nether.

Well think about it. Notch could be really strong. Plus, notch drops apples in multiplayer. Why can't we have that in singleplayer?

Because you can get apples from smithies and trees.

Like an evil Aether? I like that! :biggrin.gif:

I suppose, but it would be.... more enclosed, not like the nether, but not a bunch of floating islands either.

There's a mod for this you know, called "aether".

Which creates a nice, sunny skyland I know. It's awesome, but they are totally unrelated. Just because they have a similar name.... ugh.

What are you trying to say here? I don't follow.

Can take critisism just fine. If it's constructive. As for not liking the Idea, well, that sucks.

That doesn't even make sense. Now, maybe if this naturally occurred in some wasteland type area, then I could see it making more sense, but your idea? No.

Well, I mean like you would mix all this stuff together, boil it, and get rancid goo. I suppose you could also FIND it in swamps or something, but swamps kinda..... suck.

The Ether. A horrible place, contrasting the Nether, which is dark and firey, the Ether is brightly lit. Yet cold. Cold in a way that cannot be described. The land, at first, seems empty, then you hear them. The Ethereal beings of this frigid land. Find what you can, the plants certainly wont help you stay fed, they're either full of something close to liquid nitrogen, or hungry too. There are some animals, but they won't give up their meat without a fight... maybe one of those poor, damned banshees has something.... or, maybe you should just stay the **** away from them, Eh? ~Neuroticpig

After killing the Antimatter Dragon of the End, you just get a ton of levels, and a trip back to spawn. Not all that great a reward, considering all the time and effort you took to gather up all that stuff you needed to kill it, (unless you TMI'd it all,) So why not get a blade? The Dragon's fang would be death incarnate. hold down left mouse, and release a beam of dark flame. Hold down right click, and release, and send all mobs around you to their deaths. Got a crit? That zombie explodes. A sword worthy of one who bested the monster. Or a power-drunk admin.

I think the dragon egg is bad idea because you need to complete the game to get dragon egg. and compliting the game for getting 1 block is bad idea :smile.gif:

Indeed. And with that in mind, the idea is to hook up MULTIPLE portals, not just the one. with the egg as the activator, only one portal could exist, making the idea totally useless.

maybe use teh dragon egg as an activator? like to a dragon realm?

No, the idea was to be able to create portals that you could use to jump from place to place throughout the world, not go to dragonlandia.

Rancid water:Crafted by smelting Rancid Mixture----->Another item that should exist, crafted with Red mushrooms, rotten flesh, spider eyes, and sugar, to speed bacterial growth, would look like water, but opaque and a sickly green-brown, emitting green smoke and bubbles, and would be liquid death. Any mob that gets its head submerged, that means Steve too, would begin to start taking damage, randomly moving, and getting the "Nausea" potion effect, and would basically be marked for death. This could be used to create more compact mobgrinders, player-killers, whatever. ~Neuroticpig

You all remember crying obsidian, right? Well, it's original use was replaced by something... sort of lame. Beds. No wonder it's crying. Anyway, crying obsidian would form in strange crystalline pylon-formations in the End, Dark Abyss, (a dimension that should be added,) and rarely floating around in the minecraftian atmosphere. Collect them, and build a portal with 'em, and make a teleportal. Because why not? Jump in, a gui showing a map of minecraft, and all other warp points built will appear. just click one, and Zap! you're there. ~Neuroticpig
