I also run Mac, I put the programs on a flash drive, which I then ran on a friend's computer. (A school or library one might work as well.) I then carried the maps back and copied them into my worlds folder.
You can use them, it just takes a bit of work.

Smite should be glowstone dust. It doesn't make sense to fight the undead with bones, the glowstone's angelic feel is better suited.
Bane of Arthropods should also be something else, for the same reason as above. Don't know what though. Possibly slime balls, because of roach motels.
Fire Protection should be water buckets, coating yourself with blaze powder wouldn't be much help.
Blast Protection should be wool. Lining one's armor with explosives would not help defend against explosions.
Projectile Protection should be clay. Arrows stuffed under your armor is just absurd.
Silk Touch should be feathers. There's nothing delicate about a slime ball.
Unbreaking Exists to so you don't have to expend as much material on an item. The way you have it makes it next to pointless. String would make a bit more senes, as would slime balls, as I can picture using those to hold something together.

You couldn't just shade the grass/leaves to whatever color you want using the default blocks? Why would this affect the sky at all?
Just asking out of curiosity. I know very little about modding.

yes, that's the block I'm talking about.
That probably has it's uses. I can't think of any off the top of my head though.

I new my setup would be beaten, just didn't expect it to be that fast. Good find.
Ooh you're right! I hadn't closed Minecraft since discovering it.

And press the button. You should see the lit TNT entity, as well as a block that looks like TNT.
Putting glass water and a hole can negate the explosion if the lit TNT falls through the block. The block is then left for experimentation.
I've been unable to concretely determine the block's properties. Most times the lit TNT falls through it, sometimes it doesn't. The block disappears when right clicked. The lit TNT's explosion destroys the block. Most times the block can be stood on by the player. Drops seem to fall through it. It can be pushed by pistons, but will disappear if pulled.
I'm sure some of you can find uses for this.

Dungeons are still incredibly valuable for their spawners.
