This mod looks amazing. While you have added a lot of things that have already been suggested, you don`t lose points(lol) for that. Actualy, i`m glad to see that someone implemented those ideas in a way that fit in with the regular minecraft theme. Plus, with the amount of suggestions people have put out, it would be hard to make a completely original mod.
Back on topic, I like the improvements you have made to the redstone system, and the obsidian tools were well thought out. The only things i am worried about are the durability of etherium (though i have thought about it myself, and I don`t know if there is any good ways to add another tier above diamond) and the amount of ores you are adding. It may just be me, but i tend to ignore mods that add 6-7 new ores to the game just for 4-5 specific items. Not this one though! Ill be sure to download it as soon as it comes out.
Definitely one of the best mods out there, imo. It ads "futuristic" (in minecraft terms) gameplay without botching the whole game for me, because it is well within the technological bounds of minecraft. Much better than some of these obsidion tools mods for advancing the tech tree. No offence intended to any modders ou there.

looks awesome, but what are the "basic commands" for whitelisted? I don`t want to have to play for weeks before i can get a lot and protect my shtuffs

Buxville or Wild: Prob both, maybe the wild more than buxville because it has less restrictions
