    How can I get this set up for bukkit? Having to spawn in items individually when you respawn is a pain, I was hoping to use essentials and just do /kit to get around this. I've tried putting it in the plugins folder, as well as inside the jar itself, into the NET folder, to no avail.

    I'm not sure that Manus will want to help a rival content pack maker. I'm also not sure if he actually makes the textures himself or passes them on to someone else.

    Ah, I get it, just so that users can choose what parts of the mod they want, a bit like flans content packs.

    I know this is probably absurd to ask, but would planes be possible to implement in this mod? I know we have flans and all, but competition can't hurt can it? I'm not even suggesting you try (unless you really want to) , I just want to know if this mod could possible handle it or if it's out of it's spectrum. We have the ATV and all, so larger vehicles are possible right?

    It would be cool if the sound is muffled from outside the mech as it would be in say a car playing music, it sounds faint but inside the mech its quite clear. But this is all for the future I guess.

    Oh, and you know that request signal I mentioned earlier? I propose it also be enforced upon replies to that request, so that a lengthy reply chain can be quickly noticed.

    What might be funnier is having people near your mech hear the music(with fading for distance), Or hell someone should do a raideo station for several reasons, one for music and two for server communications.. Tho I can see someone blowing up said station when they play some crappy songs..


    Although a mute button for annoying players is essential; no-one wants to hear Justin Bieber being blasted at them. I'm pretty sure that's against the Geneva convention in some way. The radio station is great; you should be able to encrypt signals so that the enemy cant understand what you say/type, and their should be a hacking mech or block that tries to crack the connection but requires fuel, i.e coal for a tier 1 hacker and maybe gold for a tier 2/3.

    I propose a strict rule that bans spammers from this thread, and if possible disallows them access to the finished mod or download link. A fitting punishment for those who don't take time to read and instead spam questions regarding the release date. Also, requests should have some sort of marker at the start so that the busy authors can see immediately that they are not as important as other comments, like this.

    Just a thought; a repair tool of sorts would be great for this mod. It would mean that infantry would still be useful, and would add some sense of strategy, i.e taking a safer route that is less likely to get the ground troops killed. It ( the repair tool ) should have a repair speed slightly slower than that of the worst weapon, so that you don't end up with invincible mech's that are being repaired non-stop during a fight.If anyone has played BF3 they can relate, more specifically to the invincible transport helicopter that could not be taken down if any one person decided to repair mid-flight.

    TL;DR : Repair tool. It would be cool.

    Another problem I just thought of for making this a flans content pack: Flans doesn't currently have multiplayer, and it is not know as to when it will. This means that any content pack you make now may be rendered useless for multiplayer should Flan have to change a core mechanic.

    On the topic of making this a content pack for flans, there is one major problem with flans before all else. Flans has many prerequisites to be able to run, and making this a content pack would make your mod dependent on all those mods too, as each and every one of them needs to be updated to the latest version before Flan can even start to update, and flan is quite busy.

    On the other side this WILL get this topic a lot of views as there are not too many content packs out there right now, and this one would definitively stand out from the others.
