Wait for 2 seconds after it says done, THEN start up Minecraft. Its the end of stream error, I think. It is client-side. I may be wrong though.

To connect to your own server you must use your ipv4 address, not the ip that everyone else uses (The one from http://www.whatismyip.com)

Also the reason why your logblock is not be working might be because you don't have a mySQL server set up
