The only visual novel I ever played/read was Analogue: A Hate Story and its sequel Hate Plus. I got partly through its predecessor (Digital: A Love Story). I wouldn't know any others to get into though, the ones my friends play seem somewhat pervy and I'm not into that stuff.
Some of them may seem pervy at first glance due to the very inclusion of erotic content. However, there are a great many amazing stories out there if you're willing to indulge the writers in a tiny bit of eroticism. Katawa Shoujo being one of the best ones, and some of my favorites being Sharin no Kuni and Sekien no Inganock. A couple of my favorite ero-free games are Ever17 and Stein's Gate. There are also a good number of very popular ones I haven't had the time to play, like Muv-Luv alternative, Umineko no Naku Koro ni(ero-free) and 999(also ero-free).
They're not "Business" motherboards, they're motherboards that aren't overkill.
Most of the money spent in developing a motherboard is put in the VRM, and most of the money put into buying one is put into buying the VRM. And yet, a good VRM is only useful for overclocking. When you put a locked CPU on an enthusiast-grade overclocking motherboard like D3H, you're wasting a TON of money on the motherboard's VRM that you'll end up not using.
I always just assumed that more expensive motherboards would have better heat and power management, quality control, less overhead, and longer lifespans up to a limit on price/performance. Good to know that limit is relatively lower than I thought!
Didn't realize these parts were such fans of the business motherboards. By all means go with 65536's build then, but for god's sake get a different keyboard.
Changes:
-Significantly better graphics card.
-Motherboard and power supply that aren't overkill.
-Reduced SSD to 120 gb and gave you a 1 TB hard drive. If you don't need the extra space you can change it back at a $20 profit.
-Added an optical drive.
-Gave you a less expensive case. It's still white, and has a window. Flashy!
-Gave you a keyboard that shouldn't significantly hinder your typing.
Grand total: $1368
this is a thread i can get behind and yea whilst katawa shoujo was AMAZING it was a let down to hear the chaos over katawa 2 (incase you don't know it was never supposed to be a thing then was almost a thing then they hated where the story was going so they scrapped it because the plot was causing infighting between developers) but im glad they hinted they might skip two and just make 3 which isn't related to the first in the way 2 would have been which is what caused most of the issue but thats off topic just thought mystere9 would like that
1. Could have gotten a better monitor
2. Don't need blu ray
3. Are force series old or new? (not sure)
4. Not going to say much on the case because I have never heard it before (not saying it's bad)
5. Should have gotten a cheaper optical drive and gotten a modular or 80+ plus certified psu, both if possible.
6. Cheaper ram could save 4$
7. Could have gotten the 212 EVO for 8$ more, but better performance
P.S. Nice 480 for 220$ =D
1. I liked the resolution, it was decently reviewed, and decent contrast ratio/response time at an alright price so I just jumped for it.
2. Out of curiosity, why not?
3. I believe they're fairly new. I know the GT is ranked pretty high on Passmark's hard drive benchmarks, not that I'm sure how much weight that holds.
4. cheap, 3 fans included.
5. Crap, I knew I forgot something. I wasn't sure what 80+ certified meant so I just went with one of sufficient wattage, reliable brand, and high reviews for a pre-build, then I forgot to go back and look up what it meant.
7. Aww dang.
Hey guys, just about to build my first ever computer. I already ordered the parts, but comments? Anything I could have done to improve price:performance?

It's insultingly simple music. Of course it'll be popular.
I actually consider true dubstep to be one of the more complex genres of electronic dance music out there. It's certainly different from most forms of dance music, at the very least.
It seems like a fine, if cliched, version of the universe. My first problem, which is completely personal, is that we have no evidence that the universe works that way, so assuming it does is an interesting concept. If there were a 4 dimensional being would he assume that the world must be 5 dimensional just so he didn't have to deal with concepts such as "end", "forever", and "beginning"?
My second issue is that you talk about our universe curving in the fourth dimension, but then you mention time as a 4th dimension. It seems that your theory requires 5 dimensions: 1 time dimension and 4 space dimensions. Remember that the surface of the sphere is our 3 dimensions, and that the sphere is getting bigger over time. If the sphere is subject to the rules of time, it could hardly be time itself, unless you'd care to explain that to me as well.
Does that make pre-agricultural revolution days the "oldest" and "best"? We should go back to the and see!
Yes, actually. Close-knit social groups, more time for socializing and hobbies, larger stature, stronger bones, more muscle, longer expected lifespans for adults(Modal age 72, mean age much lower due to infant and young mortalities), and no sign of depression, obesity, diabetes, acne, Crohn's, IBS, or Celiac's.
I'd go back if I could without having to worry about a bulldozer coming to clear my land 5 years later.

Woah, a free nitroplus game? How on earth did I manage to miss that? I'm gonna have to check it out!

You, uh...realize I was comparing to the original build, right?

Don't know anything about the ASRock B85 Pro4, but you can color me skeptical of a $75 motherboard for a computer in this price range.

Fascinating!

Just curious, you don't have to look if you don't want to obviously.

Wow, same exact ending as Dragon Warrior, circa 1986.
