Not really. Minecraft has changed. You can only download 1.7.2 although I see now I can edit my profile to play as 1.6.4 (or lower), which seems to be the latest version supported by most the explosives mods. So my question again is: with minecraft 1.7.2., what is the EXACT procedure for installing the mod?For example, do I need to run as 1.6.4? Is this the same as "downgrading" or do I need to find the actual program file for the old install? Do I still need Forge? Do mods go in the "resource packs" or the "mods" folder? And does the actual .zip file go in there or the contents of the zip file??I did actually install forge on 1.7.2 after learning I had to "run as" 1.6.4. Then I noticed there was a new "forge" profile. Do I need to run under this other profile to see the mods? Still very confusing. Can someone please just re-create the directions below for new people who have never played before and are using the latest version? Thanks.
use the MC version changer you can downgrade versions to alpha it works easily all you need to do is download it drag it to your desktop right click it go to open with java platform whatever... and select a version click change it it will be successfully patched and just to tell you the explosives + mod will not work so don't try it I did and it failed. (and install forge on it too and also intsall the mod) you are done no need for me man i talked alot!
Ya i'm waiting for a new update i hope it adds the Inverter,Nuke,Mega Nuke,and Hydrogen Bomb PLS ADD THESE IN THE NEW UPDATE COMING UP or just put anything you can in there. Besides you made my "dream mod" because it was soooo epic! but it was 1.4.5 so...
Finally I've ALWAYS wanted this Explosives + mod but minecraft updated to 1.7.4 so... i found out this mod i got it and it was only the C4 and dentanator,predator missile,nova bomb, and biome buster. now its like so much more thanks for the update! (There is 10 items now)>:)TIME FOR SOME DESTRUCTION!!!
besides Notch worked REALLY hard on this game he should get the money (i also bought pirate101 and didnt use cracked) and its a 50% chance u are not safe
if your friends own a cracked minecraft just buy minecraft play the non-cracked minecraft and your good to go (ps i have NO idea how to even get the cracked minecraft so i just play on the one i bought) (pss your family probably wont own a cracked minecraft) and your NOT safe if your friends keep encouraging you to get on (DONT besides the regular or premium is WAY better so..) then just dont man its gonna get u arrested. If u do own a cracked minecraft DELETE IT!!! or u will have to pay and spend on milloin yrs in jail.. U are safe IF U JUST DONT GET A CRACKED MC.(cracked is moslty used for beta (test version)testing). sorry i kinda spammed.(dont flag for spam pls
