Why you deserve to be unbanned: I was just digging straight down in the C mine to make traps for other players to fall down and collect their stuff, and all the sudden i was banned. Just because someone is digging straight down doesn't mean they are using X-ray.
Any additional information: I have been having a great time on the server and I think that it is possibly the best server I have ever played on. I was also thinking about donating. Also I have told a lot of my friends about the server telling them how great it is. It is not fair if you guys wont unban me I didn't do anything wrong.

How long have you played on this server? (minimum of 3 days) I've played on here for about 2 and a half months. ( 2 and a half on ProfessionalMH, this is my alt account)
Have you read the Sever, Prison, and Guard rules? Yes I have read them about 4-5 times now and I understand them all.
Any experience with the prison genre? I have only played on this prison server so, no.
What is your time zone? I live in the EST time zone.
Why are you the best choice for guard? I don't have a ton of reason why I want to be guard, but I have some. I am a good pvper and most of the time I go on a rampage killing the current guards (except when the alphas bring out diamond armor(on ProfessionalMH)). I have ProfessionalMH where I can get things and not just use a the guard kits and get killed almost everytime. Also, there are a lot of "mini" riots happening here and there and the guards can't stop my faction Ownage. I also wish to enforce the rules to their extent and not abuse my powers.
What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of you rank when/if you retire from guard?y I am a lowly B-Prisoner, but that's only because this is my alt account.

Q: Why is the server down?
A: Our permissions plugin has crashed, we're waiting on ViperKnows or Noakii to get on to fix it. Everybody is a default rank right now, including me, the only way to fix it is through the full console access. I only have limited, meaning i can't edit plugins or run commands.

Q: When will we update to 1.3?
A: Whenever we are ready we will update, meaning up to 2 weeks or more, maybe less. Be patient.

Q: Why wasn't my guard app accepted?
A: You probably missed something vital in your application. Wardens have many things to do, so if your application isn't replied to within 48 hours, you can assume it was denied, re-posting it or asking people to look at it won't achieve anything. Wait a while, then make a new application later, or ask a warden why it was denied.

Q: When will I be untempbanned? Noakii temp banned me on the 1st for a week and I still don't know what I did! There was not a reason listed.
A: I'll ask Noakii when he gets on.

Q: What time will the lottery be hosted if the server isnt up in time?
A: I'll reschedule the lottery for another day if the server isn't up within the next 2 hours, I'll post on the forums.

#SargeForUnban2012. I agree, it's a tough situation having people asking you for the IP while playing on another server. While Sarge did the right thing msging it to those who asked, it probably would've been best just not giving it at all. I say Sarge should be given a second chance.
@Noakii: 2 differences
1. This was not some new C. This was a veteran player of Convicted.
2. He did not intentionally advertise his server. He was being asked for the IP by people on this server, what was he supposed to do?

I was on the server killing a nub who was slaughtering everyone. and after i was done with that, i some1 brought up my server. i think it was saucy. and of coarse everyone starts asking for the ip. i didnt post say it into faction chat because i didnt want to get banned for advertising. so i asked are you sure? i dont want to be banned for advertising. so they all (well most) said yes so i first pm'd wezdachimp the ip, then duderobot and mrshaver. they can all confirm that. that is 3 people. in a private message, after they asked. and then noakii banned me. that is hardly advertising. im very sorry that i did that, i never wanted to be banned. if i had known it would get me banned i would NEVER had given those people my ip.

I love this server and im quite sad i was baned. i support your server, i vote, i diamond'ed. and i donated 40$. every day i can i come on. im a part of the comunnity and i will be very sad that i was banned for "advertising" even when i didnt advertise. If this helps anything i have never been banned on any server ever before because i would never break the rules knowing i was. i have been offered to have people hack me stuff, i say no 100% of the time. i would ban my best friend for hacks on any server, any ocasion because thats wrong and they would know it. NEVER EVER would i advertise. i am sincerely sorry for giving my ip to people. and ill take whatever punishment you think is fair, just please unban me.

THE BAN OF DANGERSCLOSE
Okay. i am getting fed up with dangers close and ik lots of u people are too. i think that his countless acts of abuse should at least get him demoted. he is given warnings all the time but never has he really been stopped. earlier today i was just standing in the c foyer when he walks up and hits me with a fire sword.the first hit didn't kill me but the fire damage did so he insists that that is not his fault. we all know this is bs and we need to end it. all the punishment dangers close has ever received is a slap on the wrist,what he needs is a slap in the FACE with a chair... made out of metal. quote this post and share you're thought's and/or stories were dangerclose abused you.
