Yeah, I'm a mod.
I play, but only when there's somebody else online. Just isn't that fun to me without anyone else.
Also, our plug-ins probably broke because of the update. Gonna need to get some new ones.
I believe that your religion makes the trip to Heaven faster, and that only truly evil people go to Hell.
Hitler, if he TRULY was repentant and sorry for what he did, could go to Heaven. However, he'd have to expect a few trillion years in Purgatory before getting there.
Also, atheists could get to Heaven as well if they lived good lives. Ignoring Jesus' word will add on to their time in purgatory, but somebody who loves people, respects them and helps the poor who's an atheist can go to Heaven, as eternal damnation for not doing anything is below an omnipotent merciful God.
This map is starting to get old. We need a map reset, however...
We should have 1 week of Primordial Desert that's 64x64, then we'll use the Biome Terrain generator to make an out-of-this-world map.
Edit: If you can't get the BiomeTerrain mod to work, use this: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=136843
Edit 2: You can just use the 128x128 Desert map that's on the thread, it'll work.
Let it begin, I'm ready for a primordial desert. However, before we switch, I'd like an isometric map of this one, that is on the front page forever, to remember it.
Actually, if anything, the existence of aliens would make me believe in Christianity more. I wouldn't believe that a being that loves everyone wouldn't create more life to share that love with.
Who built a monorail above my village? I tore it down and put the actual tracks in the chest with the minecarts, next time make a railroad underground or directly on the ground.
If somebody made an adventurecraft version of this they would be amazing. I'm still downloading it, but from the pics it looks like the best minecraft map ever.
Next time we make a new map, we should use this mod: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=76184
Also, Sparky is a friend of mine. He has horrible grammar, but is quite nice and doesn't grief, as well he can make good buildings.
The server's down at the moment. :/
I'm currently settling somewhere east of the abandoned town. I've found a ton of pumpkins, and am at a multi-terrain area that's good for a small town. I currently have a house on top of a hill.
You know, somebody brought up a good point on this same argument on another forum I go to.
Chance.
What are the chances of Earth being created? Sure, if the universe is infinite then it has to exist. But what are the chances? What are the chances of a universe being created out of nothing, or is in an infinite loop, which in turn expanded rapidly for some unknown reason, which keeps on going today, that turned into stars, which also caused solid rock to be created.
From some miracle, religious or not, gravity exists. How does gravity exist? We know how it works, but how does it exist? Nobody can answer that question. Nobody.
Anyways, this gravity that exists for some reason pulls rocks together, and creates a boiling rock called 'Earth'. It cools down, and plant life somehow magically appears. SOMEHOW, LIFE APPEARS ON A PLANET. How did it get there? Sure, you could say asteroid, but then you have to say how it got on that asteroid. And then if aliens did cause an asteroid to hit Earth, where did they come from? Same problem.
Next, you have the fact that not just us, other animals exist. Why didn't cells stay in one form, simple enough to survive through eating themselves and multiplying? Why did they grow more complex, they didn't need to. You could say 'evolution did it', but that's interesting as well. What controls evolution? What does? Throughout this thread people say that genes do it, but why do they? Things are already fine as they are, and there is no personality within the cells, unlike us, who get bigger and better stuff to show ourselves off.
Back to the chances, what are they? I bet that there would be so many zeros in that number that it would be crazy. Simple life, I can understand, but we got this far? 4 billion years is a long time, and life only existed for 2-3 billion of those years.
It's fairly logical to believe that some outside force helped us, something more powerful then the best book author on Earth can imagine. Something that has abilities that we cannot imagine. Something.

Also, wait until the next update for a map reset.

God said let there be light.
Science says the universe was created in a big explosion of light and matter.

Edit: I'd like an updated isometric map BTW.
